The display of the Board for Zoom and MS Teams is an impressive 65 inches and resolves images and videos in 4K resolution (3840x2160 pixels). The capacitive panel itself is glare-free and thus ensures brilliant images even in bright rooms. Thanks to the ambience sensor, the brightness of the display adjusts to the brightness of your room at any time, thus protecting the eyes of the meeting participants and reducing power consumption at the same time. The display itself can only be used in landscape format, but this is not a problem in meetings and conferences. This device is a touch display with capacitive touch function and thus touch control and feeling like on a smartphone. You can write and draw on the device with your fingers or with the two included pens and let your creativity run free. The ideal solution not only for artists, but also for brainstorming sessions. So that the pens don't disappear somewhere , you can easily and practically attach them below the display and they are thus always within reach.

The built-in camera has a higher resolution than 4K (4056x3040 pixels), so you can see yourself on the display in the best possible quality. The camera itself offers a viewing angle of 120° and an integrated digital 4x zoom. This means that up to 10 participants can be captured by the camera, which is more than sufficient for huddle rooms or small meeting and conference rooms. The integrated AI ensures automatic white balance and colour correction and thus delivers perfect images at all times, even in poor room conditions. In addition, the integrated camera can follow the speaker, ensuring that you are never out of frame in a meeting.

Neat Symmetry technology now also recognises several participants in a room and can display each of them on the screen as a single person, always in the same size. Even if one participant moves, the camera follows him or her to a certain extent, while the other participants remain unchanged in the picture This way, your counterpart always has the feeling that each participant is connected via a separate camera in the room. Neat symmetry is really the perfect solution to offer an unparalleled meeting room experience and your counterpart can clearly see the gestures and facial expressions of each person and does not just have to stare into a large room with a few participants. To ensure that your video conference partner understands you well and that the speaker tracking works, 5 microphones have been embedded in the housing and are able to perfectly capture and recognise speakers from up to 5 m away. The integrated PC is the heart of the Neat Board for Zoom and MS Teams Displays. Neat OS is installed on the board as the operating system . However, you do not have direct access to the operating system, it only serves as the basis for Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms. The performance of the integrated PC is adapted for Zoom and MS Teams and holds further resources for the future. This is because the Neat Board is constantly being further developed and improvements are made available via firmware updates. As already mentioned, the Neat Board is available with integrated WiFi (2.4 and 5Ghz) and of course Bluetooth connectivity.

Wireless connections can be easily realised via the Neat Board thanks to Zoom or Microsoft Teams. The Neat Board supports the possibilities offered by Zoom or Teams. Of course, you can also access their whiteboard solutions at any time via Zoom Rooms and MS Teams Rooms and use Bring-Your-Own-Device meetings even without an active video conference. For BYOD meetings, you can connect devices to the Neat Board both wirelessly and via HDMI. In the future, you will also be able to use the already existing USB-C port for BOYD, this feature is to be unlocked with one of the upcoming updates.

Sensors:  The environmental sensors integrated in Neat Board monitor the air quality in your meeting room and help you to ensure the health and safety of your employees. Monitoring and reporting of humidity, temperature, CO2(-equivalent) and VOC (volatile organic compounds) is available once enabled in the Zoom portal. As of today, these sensors can only be used in Zoom, but work is underway to implement them with Microsoft Teams.

Zoom Digital Signage:  With digital signage feature you can display images, videos or websites on the screen of your Zoom room, even if the room is not in a Zoom meeting. You can create digital signage rooms to display content without setting up a full zoom room. When you add multiple images, videos or websites to display, they are displayed in turn and you can set how long each image is displayed. You can also set how long content is displayed before and after scheduled meetings. Content can be set at room, floor, location or account level. Thanks to Zoom Digital Signage, you can simply use the Neat Board as a digital billboard for staff or visitors during free periods, displaying up-to-date information about your company or advertising products or promotions.

Neat Pad as a console:  If you configure the Neat Pad as a controller , will ensure that every meeting room is always ready for use. You can add multiple Neat Pads in a room so that everyone has access to the video conference controls from anywhere at the table. And in an upcoming software release, the Neat Pad's two built-in microphones will provide enhanced audio recording on all Neat systems. This will allow you to use the microphones built into the Neat Pad to augment the microphones available on the Neat Board. This way, even participants sitting at the back of the table can be better understood. If you want to place the Neat Pad on the table, you can simply position it anywhere. The tablet is powered via the cable supplied. The tablet can be supplied with Internet via PoE or via the integrated WiFi. Used as a controller, you can start your meetings faster with a Neat Pad Console and share your screen with just one tap. Configure Neat Pad as a controller for your Zoom rooms. It also allows you to invite participants, mute them if necessary or record your meetings. When connected to a third-party Zoom Rooms system, it not only replaces a traditional tablet controller, but also offers you much more functionality. The Neat Pad as a controller can currently only be used in combination with Zoom; use with MS Teams is already in the works and will be added via a firmware update.

Neat Pad as a panel:  The Neat Pad can also be used as aroom booking display in front of a meeting or conference room. Mount the Neat Pad as a panel directly in front of your meeting room to ensure optimal room management. The Neat Pad thus allows you to book the room immediately on the spot, without having to first get out a PC or smartphone and search for the appropriate calendar. The side-integrated LED display shows room availability even from a distance .
