Service is not just a promise for us, which is why we demonstrate many of our devices at our customers' premises or in our EXPERIENCE CENTER . Often the devices are only needed for a presentation or for a few hours and since we don't believe in a throwaway mentality, we then offer these devices as demonstration and B-ware in our online shop.

We

check all our demonstration devices for scratches, damage and, of course, technical functionality.

Hygiene also plays an important role for us and so all items are thoroughly cleaned by us before we put them back on sale.

With demonstration units, the manufacturer's warranty is not yet active and is therefore available to you in full from the time of purchase. You will find all important details about the demonstration unit in the respective item description. By B-ware, we mean returns from customers that have been sent back to us by the customer within a certain period of time. In this case, too, we attach great importance to the testing and functionality of the items. The exact condition of the respective item and the exact warranty conditions are recorded in the item description. In this way, you know in advance the condition in which the item will arrive and whether the warranty is already running or has not yet been activated. For demonstration and B-goods, the statutory warranty applies without restriction in any case. As with our demonstration goods, we also attach great importance to hygiene, so that every item arrives in a cleaned condition.
