We give you the choice. The quickest and easiest way is via our online shop. You can choose whether you want to create a customer account with us or shop with us as a guest.

Should you ever need more items, you are welcome to request an online offer with individual prices from us in advance. Simply place all the items you require in the shopping basket and click on "Request online quote" in the shopping basket. We will then immediately receive your quote request in our system and will be happy to check the calculation.

As soon as we have processed your request, you will receive a link to your individual online quotation by e-mail. You can then order your individual offer directly via our online shop or have it printed out as a PDF. You can forward the link you receive to your purchasing department or a colleague at any time. Benefit from a unique feature that makes procurement easier and more convenient than ever before.

You can send us the signed offer by e-mail, fax or post at any time. Of course, we are also happy to accept your own order forms. And if you are in a hurry, you can also send us your order by e-mail or telephone. Yes! We will be happy to create a suitable offer for you according to your requirements and needs and offer you special conditions for this. Your request will then be sent to us and we will calculate the prices - if possible - individually for you.

As soon as we have completed the processing, you will receive an e-mail with a link to your personal offer. You can then have this offer printed out as a PDF at any time, or simply order it online. As a registered and activated dealer you will automatically receive discounts and special prices. All items with a "crossed out price" are already reduced for you, but can be adjusted again in projects and larger quantities. Revocation and exchange

If you have ordered from us as a trader, company or public institution, you do not have the right of withdrawal according to the law. However, if you wish to return the goods, please contact us using our cancellation form. We will be happy to check your return request individually and then decide whether a return is possible as a gesture of goodwill.

As a consumer, you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal at any time. To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). Alternatively, you can use our cancellation form, which, however, is not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.

We are happy to be there for you and check in advance whether there is still a warranty claim. After expiry of the manufacturer's warranty or in the event of damage that is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we will be happy to report the fault to the manufacturer with a precise description and obtain a rough cost estimate. We will then inform you of this and you decide whether a repair makes economic sense or whether a replacement is the better solution. For faster processing, please use our online form.

Shipping

You will find in our store, after selecting a delivery country, the delivery time for each item listed transparently. These delivery times are very reliable, even if it can unfortunately come in exceptional cases to delays. In order to keep our delivery times, we need a phone number from you for pallet goods and bulky goods. Our forwarding agent will usually contact you via e-mail or telephone to notify you of a delivery date.

In case of an order by prepayment, the delivery time is automatically extended, as the processing of the order is only possible after we have received the payment. Therefore, we cannot give a reliable indication of the delivery time in this case. Since many banks nowadays also offer real-time transfers, the values in the order overview are based on an immediate receipt of money. In principle, however, when ordering by prepayment, the delivery time in the order confirmation is decisive, which will be sent to you after the value date on our account.

Displays and large, heavy mounts are usually shipped via freight forwarding and on pallets.

This also applies to large and bulky items such as screens over 1.2 m. For items weighing more than 30 kg, these are also shipped via freight forwarding. Forwarding agency goods are always delivered free curb or loading ramp. A delivery always takes place only Monday to Friday.

Items that do not meet the above specifications will be shipped via parcel service. Delivery is always free to the front door. Here, too, delivery is only Monday-Friday. For special requests, such as delivery free point of use, a delivery to a fairground or a delivery on the weekend, you can contact us at any time. We will be happy to clarify all details and costs for you and send you our individual offer.

Yes, we are very happy to deliver to Switzerland as well. With regard to the delivery time, we can only give approximate information, since each export from 1000 euros must be presented at customs and for this also further papers are necessary. Basically we assume a processing time of 3 working days, which we need until the forwarding agency is allowed to ship the goods to Switzerland. From the release by the customs we assume a delivery time of 2-4 working days. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

When exporting to Switzerland, additional customs duties and fees may apply at any time. You can read about these costs at any time here. Of course, you can also have the goods shipped to a parcel store within Germany, which will then take care of the export and shipping to Switzerland for you. If you send us an official confirmation of the export to Switzerland, we will gladly refund the sales tax.

You can see for each item whether the goods are in our central warehouse or an external warehouse. If the goods are stored in our central warehouse, you can pick up your goods within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) after ordering.

If the goods are in one of our external warehouses, we must first have your order sent to our central warehouse in Berg bei Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz.

Please note that your order is only ready for pickup when you have received a pickup confirmation from us by e-mail.

You can pay for your order that you would like to pick up from us directly during checkout via our online store. Pickup of ordered goods is only possible in Berg bei Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz.

For shipping within Germany, there are no shipping costs for orders over 150 euros (delivery is always free curbside for shipping goods, free delivery for parcels). For orders under 150 Euro we charge a flat rate of 4,50 Euro net or 5,36 Euro incl. VAT.

For shipping to other countries, shipping costs are incurred, which you can read here and of course also displayed during the ordering process.

If you wish an express delivery, a delivery free point of use, delivery with a fixed delivery date and other special services that are not covered by the standards free curb or free house, please contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to find a solution that meets your wishes and requirements. Our customer service will be happy to assist you.

In principle, we ship our goods both by forwarding agent, parcel service and courier services. Not all providers offer public tracking and therefore we cannot provide you with tracking information in these cases. If you have not received tracking information from us, please contact our customer service. They will be happy to check the current status for you.

Often there are questions to be clarified in connection with your order or if something changes in the delivery time, we would like to inform you quickly. Your phone number is safe with us and will not be used for advertising calls from us or passed on to third parties.

For displays, high quality projectors, screens, mounting systems, the delivery is usually done by freight forwarding or courier and here a phone number is mandatory.

Your telephone number is safe with us and we will only pass it on to the shipping company and will only contact you if we have any queries or problems with this order.

Please note that without the phone number, there may be delays in delivery, or the shipment can not be arranged before providing a phone number from us.
