The EVOKO Liso room booking system is a further development of the popular EVOKO Room Manager and now comes to you with significantly higher brightness, integrated WiFi and RFID/NFC connectivity, as well as a practical proximity sensor. The EVOKO Liso makes booking a room easier and more convenient than ever before. Book a free room directly via your calendar on PC, tablet or smartphone, or go directly to the Liso display and book the room simply via the touch screen.

The EVOKO Liso room booking system works with Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, IBM/Lotus and G Suite, among others, and no separate software is required to book a free room via a PC or smartphone. Simply open your calendar and book the desired room, conveniently and easily from your desk. No additional costs and no annual licence fees for the EVOKO room booking system. You can either use the EVOKO Liso as a stand-alone solution, or you can use the EVOKO Home Server, which offers you additional functions and options.

The digital door sign from EVOKO has an integrated POE connection, which enables to be supplied directly with power and Internet via a single CAT cable, but can also be supplied with power at any time via an optional power supply unit. The POE connection (Power over Ethernet) has the enormous advantage that you can carry out the installation with an inexpensive and easy-to-lay Ethernet cable and there is no need for a power socket near the Liso display.

A highlight is the high-quality LED exterior lighting of the 8-inch touch display, which signals a free room with green lighting and an occupied room with a red light. This makes it clear from a distance that the desired room is either free or occupied. This solution is not only very practical, but also looks very elegant and immediately raises the ambience to a higher level.

Visitors can view the current reservation overview for the room on which the room booking system is installed at any time on the EVOKO Liso display. However, it often happens that you are standing in front of a room and it is occupied, and that's when the fun really begins. Because then you can run from one room to another just to check whether the room is still free or whether it might soon be needed by another team. Even if you do find a free room, you still don't know whether the room has the necessary technology or room size. With the EVOKO Liso, these problems are a thing of the past: once properly set up, you can check the other rooms from any display, provided these are also equipped with a Liso display and have the installed technology clearly displayed. Furthermore, you can see the respective room size / seating capacity. All this not only saves your nerves, but actually saves a lot of time and also looks very professional.

However, the EVOKO Liso room booking system can do much more. If the hardware installed in is assigned to each meeting room, you can send an error message to the in-house technician via the room booking system in the event of a failure, e.g. of a projector, who will then be informed immediately by e-mail about the support case.

If you do not want visitors to be able to make a booking at certain rooms / EVOKO Liso displays , it is advisable to activate the authentication via RFID / NFC- or PIN. This function is particularly popular in board meeting rooms. This means that a room can only be booked if you are authorised to do so. The "Check-in" function helps you to free up meeting rooms by automatically cancelling bookings if the start of the event is not confirmed on the EVOKO Liso Display  within a predetermined time window.

The EVOKO Liso Display elegantly displays all information on  just one screen and changes information as soon as someone approaches it. Book, cancel or extend a meeting directly from the clock or use the calendar to search for other rooms depending on availability, size and facilities.
