In order for us to be able to process your complaint quickly and without complications, we ask you to provide the following information.

 The serial number - if available - is required by most manufacturers.
Without this information, it is usually not possible to process the complaint under warranty. If your device / item does not have a serial number, you can of course ignore this requirement.

In the event that it is not a warranty case, we will be happy to provide you with a cost estimate. For this cost estimate, we charge a fee of 79,- € net, which will be reimbursed or charged in full when the repair is commissioned. If higher costs are incurred for the cost estimate, we will inform you of this in advance. If the actual repair costs are lower than this amount, only the repair costs plus shipping costs will be invoiced. If you do not wish to receive a cost estimate, we will return the unit to you unrepaired at your expense. The prerequisite is that there is no longer a guarantee/warranty or that this is no longer granted by the manufacturer.
