The AVer PTZ310 is more than just a simple video conferencing camera, because with the new SmartFrame technology, AVer offers you one-touch face targeting. With cameras without SmartFrame, the speaker would first have to be manually aligned in the image, which not only costs time, but also involves constant readjustment. At the latest when another speaker enters the stage, a new manual alignment would then be necessary. With SmartFrame cameras, this manual alignment is no longer necessary and the speaker or speakers are automatically perfectly staged, thus ensuring a professional presentation.

Another technology that comes into play in the AVer PTZ310 is AVer SmartShoot. SmartShoot optimises camera movement to automatically and seamlessly capture content between your pre-set areas. With SmartShoot's preset zone control, this creates a unique multi-camera feel with just one PTZ310 in all your pre-set zones. As seen in the video, this allows you to divide the stage into up to 4 individual segments during a talk. As soon as the speaker enters one of these segments, the camera recognises this and automatically switches to the previously defined area. The whole process and change takes place as you might know it from television. But neither a director nor great technical knowledge is necessary for this. Once set up, the PTZ310 does everything by itself. The sophisticated PTZ310 motion control settings give you precise and stable camera control during recording. Adjustable speed controls allow you to change the speed of movement, so you can optimise your shots and produce consistently outstanding video content thanks to a wide shooting range. In addition, the PTZ310 can perform pan/tilt manoeuvres in the range of just 0.1°/step for perfect and fluid control during recording.

The AVer PTZ310 is not only a professional video conferencing camera because of the functions, but also with the connections you notice this fact immediately. The video conference camera actually offers all relevant connection options. Thanks to the USB Plug&Play connection, the camera can be connected directly to a PC at any time and neither a driver installation nor a great setup is necessary. This is the most common and desired connection method, especially in meeting and conference rooms. For streaming conferences, however, an IP camera is usually used and the PTZ310 also offers you the option for this. Since this camera has a POE+ connection, not only is the internet connection sent via a CAT5e (and higher) via the LAN port, but the power supply can also be directly realised via the same cable. Perfect for ceiling mounting. A connection between display or projector is made via HDMI. In addition, you can always connect a recorder to the PTZ camera via 3G-SDI for recording the conference

The PTZ310 is then managed via a browser or the supplied remote control, among other things. Once the AVer camera has been integrated into your network, you can access the camera via an IP address and log in with your access data.
