The Catchbox Mod enjoys great popularity because it has never been so easy to get a discussion going. Every organiser knows the problem that a large group reacts very cautiously at first, and a good discussion can only be achieved with a longer start-up time. This is exactly where the Catchbox Mod comes in, because this box cannot just be passed around, but can be thrown from one end to the other and the next participant can already give his speech. The possible areas of application are as varied as the Catchbox itself: From schools to large corporate events, the Catchbox is convincing at any location and is a welcome change even in executive suites.
This variant is the professional version of the throw microphone. This solution is particularly suitable for large halls and huge crowds (max. 2000 participants). The Catchbox Mod is delivered without transmitter and receiver and can therefore be adapted to your wishes and requirements at any time. Simply place your preferred handheld transmitter in the microphone unit. Wireless handheld transmitters from Sennheiser, AKG and Shure, among others, fit into the Catchbox.

The big advantage of the professional version is that you can achieve a much greater range and this radio transmission is less susceptible to interference than, for example, WLAN transmission. However, the range and radio standard always depend on the transmitter and receiver used. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.
An important point was that the cube stops the transmission when it is in the air or perhaps lands on the ground. The mod cube automatically detects when it is on the move and then mutes itself. As soon as it is in the hands of a participant again, the microphone starts and the transmission begins. By the way, if you are afraid that the cube might be too heavy, we would like to reassure you. At just 280g (without transmitter), the cube is very easy to throw and catch.
Another must for a perfect conversation is a high-quality cardioid microphone. Here, the developers have placed a lot of emphasis on a bright and clear sound. The integrated microphone is ideal for this application, as it can pick up the speaker directly and hardly perceives any background noise.

All Catchbox microphones and cases are now treated with ViralOff, which ensures that your Catchbox disinfects itself in less than two hours. The treatment uses a biocide (silver chloride) to eliminate viruses and bacteria that are on the fabric. Viraloff has been tested to the highest international standards and has proven effective in reducing the presence of viruses such as SARS-CoV-2 on treated fabrics.

The Sennheiser ew 100 G4-CI1 1G8 band complete set consists of 1 EM 100 G4 receiver and 1 SK 100 G4 bodypack transmitter. Simply plug the bodypack transmitter into the Catchbox Mod, connect the bodypack transmitter to the microphone unit of the Catchbox using the adapter cable supplied and set the receiver and transmitter to the same radio frequency.
Procedure after ordering a Customised Version:
Please send us your logos / images (up to 4 different images) in .png format.
Each logo / image must be at least 709px high and 709px wide.

After receiving all the information, we will create a print preview for you. If you like it, you have to confirm the approval in writing by fax, email or post.
After ordering, the Customised Catchbox will be printed for you. The production time for the customised version is approx. 2 working days after approval. The delivery time is then approx. 1-3 working days. No exchange / revocation possible. You will receive a preview before execution, which you must then approve. Optionally, you can also register the catchbox as an express order. In this case, we can ask the manufacturer for the current production and delivery time for you on request.
We are an official distributor of Catchbox in Germany and can advise you on the right Catchbox version and matching accessories.
