Simple display and control of your content with iiSignage²
Highlight of this iiyama series: As already mentioned, the LH9875UHS-B2AG display offers a free digital signage software called iiSignage². iiSignage² is a content management system that is available as cloud-based software and enables complete control of your messages and advertising, remotely and securely. iiSignage² uses ports 80, 443 and 19527 (UTC/UDP traffic) and the iiSignage² servers are hosted by Google and located in the Netherlands. iiSignage² has a user-friendly, modern interface and is intuitive to use. You can easily create schedules and manage your displays. The content management system (CMS) gives you total control over your content, which you can operate easily and securely from a distance. Start by uploading your desired content to your resource library (multiple media types such as images, videos, web content possible). Videos/QR codes/web content can be embedded in images/slideshows of images and you can create distinctive content programmes with the uploaded media. Schedule content based on days of the week, any date and time in advance and add different content programmes to the schedule as required. Each of the displays can be identified by its specific name in the iiSignage² system and grouped according to individual requirements. In addition, iiSignage² also integrates the Device Management System (DMS), which sets it apart from its predecessor. It allows you to manage your displays in a simple and secure way. The iiyama DMS software offers every company a convenient and fast management solution for end devices and universities or educational institutions a way to digitalise their campus environment.
High viewing angles thanks to IPS panel technology
The iiyama LH9875UHS-B2AG is equipped with an IPS panel to ensure that the advertising also works. IPS displays are primarily known for their wide viewing angles and natural, highly accurate colours. They are particularly suitable for colour-critical applications and for applications where viewers walk past the device and need to have a good view of the display at all times. IPS panels are therefore particularly popular for use as digital billboards, as you don't have to worry too much about the installation location when positioning the devices. So that you don't have to switch the LH9875UHS-B2AG on and off yourself every day, this display has a schedule mode that will take care of this for you. Not only can you set up to 7 schedules, but you can also preset the source with which the iiyama display should start. It also offers you direct playback of videos, images and music via the existing USB port.
Integrated MediaPlayer, Android 11, MicroSD
The LH9875UHS-B2AG display has an integrated media player, allowing you to show your content such as videos or images on the display. Simply insert a USB stick into the device or use the existing micro SD card slot. This gives you enormous flexibility and means you are always prepared for changing requirements. The display also has an integrated Android 11 operating system that allows you to freely install apps from the Google Store. And you don't have to limit yourself, because thanks to 32 GB of storage space on the device, you can install several apps.
Never without content - thanks to Signal FailOver
In the event of a network failure, for example, the iiyama ProLite LH9875UHS-B2AG is equipped with a FailOver function: this is a feature that automatically recognises the input sources. This means that if there is no signal on the standard input, the device automatically switches to the next available input. FailOver allows the customer to prioritise a range of inputs (including browser, media player and custom) and ensures that your content is always actively displayed. This allows you to set a list of alternative inputs that the display can then access. This means that if your primary source doesn't want to do what you want, your content will still be played. This means that customers and visitors will not notice a failure and you can work on the solution in the background.
Open Pluggable Specification Standard (OPS)
The LH9875UHS-B2AG display is also equipped with an OPS slot: The integrated expansion slot supports the Open Pluggable Specification Standard (OPS), simplifying the installation of a plug-in PC for digital signage applications. Powerful OPS plug-in PCs are the ideal addition to any digital signage application. Instead of connecting a computer via cable, your content can be played directly from the plug-in PC. This is not only cost-effective, but also simple.
Connectivity
The LH9875UHS-B2AG signage display also has a wide range of connections: 3x HDMI, 1x DVI, 1x VGA and a DisplayPort connection - so the most common inputs are available to connect modern notebooks, media players or computers to the LH9875UHS-B2AG. A LAN interface is available on this 98-inch display from iiyama for integration into your company network. However, you can also use the integrated WiFi. You can integrate the signage display into existing media control systems via the RS-232c interface. By the way, to ensure that your advertising is not only seen but also heard, two 16 watt loudspeakers have been built into the signage display, which will be more than sufficient for most users. Optionally, you could also connect external speakers to the display via mini-jack, which is a useful solution in large conference and meeting rooms. In addition, you can also integrate a wireless presentation system, such as the ScreenBeam 960 (available here in our shop), with which you can connect your Windows, Android or Apple device to the LH9875UHS-B2AG with just one click.
