As a registered dealer, you have immediate access to special dealer conditions and can order numerous products with a fixed discount. In addition, you can apply for project prices online and, if you wish, we will be happy to fix the prices for you. As a registered dealer you can also create additional employees, provide them with user rights, limits and budgets. Perfect for larger dealers with several employees or external procurement service providers. In addition, as a registered dealer you can see all orders, delivery bills, invoices, etc. directly online and can also download them from there at any time.

No, as a registered dealer you get access to special conditions and numerous services that are only for dealers. Therefore, we check each registration manually and will gladly activate you after a successful check. You will be informed about the activation by e-mail. In the meantime, however, you can already fill your shopping cart or your online offer form with your desired items. After activation as a dealer, the prices will be updated automatically.

In order to register as a dealer with us, we need the following information from you:

  • a company name if available
  • a sales tax ID
  • an e-mail address to which we can send the activation is mandatory. To enable a quick verification, you can also send us an excerpt from the commercial register or a business registration by e-mail or fax.
  • You are also welcome to send us your telephone number directly, so that we can reach you quickly in case of queries. We guarantee that your data will not be passed on to third parties unintentionally.

Of course. We already grant a special price for dealers on numerous products, but this is based on our purchasing conditions. In the case of project prices, this applies in particular to larger quantities, we can, however, request a price for you from the manufacturer. If this is approved by the manufacturer, we will price the products individually for you. If you are interested in a project price, it is best to put all the products you need in the shopping cart and from there request an online quote and let us know all the specifics of the project. You are also welcome to request prices for products that we do not offer in our store in this way in the comments field. Of course you can also send us your project request via email, phone or live chat. Please note: for project prices we need to get an approval from the manufacturer. Depending on the manufacturer, this takes only a few minutes, but can also take up to 5 working days. However, we will always inform you transparently about the current status.

Yes, but only after an additional check. We first automatically activate the purchase on account for merchants and after your first order we apply for a credit check with our credit insurer. However, it is important to note that an invoice purchase is often rejected for a first order. This has nothing to do with a bad credit rating, but is purely a security measure and serves not only our credit insurer, but also your protection. Yes, you can also register with us without a UST-ID. In Germany there is no obligation to deposit a UST-ID. If you are a dealer from an EU country, please deposit your UST-ID, if you want to receive a net invoice. If you run a small business, we need the business registration from you. This must show that you are active in the AV or IT sector. After a check, we will be happy to activate your account.
