Yes, you can also receive XRechnung DIN 16931 from us. XRechnung is mandatory for business transactions with public authorities and public clients. It enables a purely XML-based data exchange standard for electronic invoices in Germany and the EU.

You can set up or change the XRechnung standard of your choice at any time in your customer account under the menu item ‘Digital Invoice’ in order to receive the format you require. It is also possible to enter a routing ID there. When you place an order, you can also enter unique data such as contract numbers, order numbers, etc. yourself, which will then be transferred to the XRechnung. This data is then transferred to the XRechnung. For orders by e-mail, post or fax, we store this data for you if you provide it to us.

Packages are always delivered free to the front door. Delivery of packages to their destination is usually a chargeable service provided by the parcel service and can be requested from us. In addition, as a registered dealer you can see all orders, delivery bills, invoices, etc. directly online and can also download them from there at any time.

No, as a registered dealer you get access to special conditions and numerous services that are only for dealers. Therefore, we check each registration manually and will gladly activate you after a successful check. You will be informed about the activation by e-mail. In the meantime, however, you can already fill your shopping cart or your online offer form with your desired items. After activation as a dealer, the prices will be updated automatically.

In order to register as a dealer with us, we need the following information from you:

• a company name if available
• a sales tax ID
• an e-mail address to which we can send the activation is mandatory. To enable a quick verification, you can also send us an excerpt from the commercial register or a business registration by e-mail or fax.

Of course. We already grant a special price for dealers on numerous products, but this is based on our purchasing conditions. In the case of project prices, this applies in particular to larger quantities, we can, however, request a price for you from the manufacturer. If this is approved by the manufacturer, we will price the products individually for you. If you are interested in a project price, it is best to put all the products you need in the shopping cart and from there request an online quote and let us know all the specifics of the project. You are also welcome to request prices for products that we do not offer in our store in this way in the comments field. Of course you can also send us your project request via email, phone or live chat. Please note: for project prices we need to get an approval from the manufacturer. Yes, but only after an additional check. We first automatically activate the purchase on account for merchants and after your first order we apply for a credit check with our credit insurer. However, it is important to note that an invoice purchase is often rejected for a first order. This has nothing to do with a bad credit rating, but is purely a security measure and serves not only our credit insurer, but also your protection. We have no influence on this decision and strictly adhere to the default. Should the purchase on account be rejected, we will inform you immediately and you can change your order to a new payment method with prepayment character. Quite simply and conveniently. Yes, you can also register with us without a UST-ID. In Germany there is no obligation to deposit a UST-ID. If you are a dealer from an EU country, please deposit your UST-ID, if you want to receive a net invoice. If you run a small business, we need the business registration from you. This must show that you are active in the AV or IT sector. After a check, we will be happy to activate your account.

For shipping within Germany, there are no shipping costs for orders over 150 euros (delivery is always free curbside for shipping goods, free delivery for parcels). For orders under 150 Euro we charge a flat rate of 4,50 Euro net or 5,36 Euro incl. VAT.

For shipping to other countries, shipping costs are incurred, which you can read here and of course also displayed during the ordering process.
