We will check this data for accuracy and contact you as soon as possible in the event of any queries. Should a purchase on account be rejected, no purchase contract will of course be concluded and we will inform you immediately.

Yes, you can also receive XRechnung DIN 16931 from us. XRechnung is mandatory for business transactions with public authorities and public clients. It enables a purely XML-based data exchange standard for electronic invoices in Germany and the EU.

You can set up or change the XRechnung standard of your choice at any time in your customer account under the menu item ‘Digital Invoice’ in order to receive the format you require. It is also possible to enter a routing ID there. When you place an order, you can also enter unique data such as contract numbers, order numbers, etc. yourself, which will then be transferred to the XRechnung. This data is then transferred to the XRechnung. For orders by e-mail, post or fax, we store this data for you if you provide it to us.

Yes, from 9 December 2024, we will send all invoices in accordance with ZUGFeRD EN 16931. The ZUGFeRD format is a combination of a PDF document and an XML file. This means that you will receive an invoice in PDF format, but one that also contains all the data in XML format in the background. This way, we are fulfilling the obligation that was set for domestic taxable transactions from 1 January 2025.

Packages are always delivered free to the front door. Delivery of packages to their destination is usually a chargeable service provided by the parcel service and can be requested from us. Even though some drivers may deliver to the destination as a gesture of goodwill, this is not always the case, which is why we would like to point out this chargeable service. Please feel free to request a non-binding quote from us. 

Freight forwarder goods are always delivered free to the curb. We are happy to offer you a chargeable delivery service to the point of use. However, for this we need more information about your location. This applies in particular to larger displays. Our customer service will be happy to send you a form for this, which we kindly request you to fill out and return to us. Especially with large and bulky items over 2 meters, delivery via elevators and stairwells is difficult to realize. Therefore, we need as much information as possible to avoid delays or interruption of delivery.

For shipping within Germany, there are no shipping costs for orders over 150 euros (delivery is always free curbside for shipping goods, free delivery for parcels). For orders under 150 Euro we charge a flat rate of 4,50 Euro net or 5,36 Euro incl. VAT.

For shipping to other countries, shipping costs are incurred, which you can read here and of course also displayed during the ordering process.

If you wish an express delivery, a delivery free point of use, delivery with a fixed delivery date and other special services that are not covered by the standards free curb or free house, please contact us before placing your order.
