The offer is valid for both Samsung VXT (RM) and Samsung Samsung (CMS+RM) licences. If you have already purchased a licence for your VXT server, the promotion will be declined. Samsung VXT CMS is a cloud-based digital signage display solution. Depending on the licence selected, it includes both content management and remote device management functions, making it one of the most versatile solutions in the signage industry. Thanks to its cloud-native structure, VXT CMS enables flexible and efficient operation. VTX will replace MagicInfo in the long term and has therefore been developed from scratch to provide you with even more flexibility. Regardless of whether you prefer to create and manage content in the classic PC or mobile way. Whether in the office, on the beach or on the other side of the world. You can create and publish new content on your devices from anywhere. The intuitive functions make it possible for anyone to use Samsung VXT CMS without prior training. VXT Canvas for intuitive creation and publication of your own digital signage content
With VXT Canvas, Samsung is launching a tool for content creation. Thanks to its high level of user-friendliness, content creation is simple and intuitive. You can create your own content based on user-defined and company-owned fonts in no time at all. In addition, a wide range of resources such as templates and images can be accessed. These are available directly via the system. You can also upload your own images, videos, documents and presentations. Restaurant owners can, for example, change the texts on their digital menus, such as menu options or prices. The content looks as if it has been created by professionals. In this way, it is possible to easily create and manage content without having to call on the help of an external marketing agency.
With add-ons you can expand VXT with further possibilities
Samsung VXT also offers the option of integrating add-ons. For example Samsung VXT Art. VXT Art offers access to a range of fascinating paintings by renowned artists and can thus create the atmosphere of a luxurious art gallery. Works of art from the world's most important art museums and galleries are available at an additional cost. You can easily access VXT Art via VXT Canvas. Select the artwork you want and transform your screen into a famous masterpiece. Some people are already familiar with this function from Samsung The Frame, a design screen intended for the living room. However, many professional users have wished that the templates were also available for signage displays and with VXT Art this wish has now been fulfilled. The use of VXT Art is possible for an annual fee and can be conveniently ordered via our shop.
Samsung VXT has been optimised for use with mobile devices in particular.
The Samsung VXT CMS interface has also been specially optimised for mobile devices. This means that content can be created flexibly at any time on a PC as well as on smartphones and tablets. In many cases, it is necessary to update content quickly and in real time. For example, if the weather changes, a product is suddenly no longer available or a new visitor needs to be greeted personally. VXT CMS is the answer to these challenges and offers you all the options you need to respond quickly to changing requirements.
Samsung VXT for worry-free and efficient continuous operation
Samsung VXT offers more than just the creation of digital signage content or remote management of your Samsung displays. It also helps you to save operating and administration costs. Compared to traditional on-premise solutions, it quickly becomes clear how VXT can save costs in the short and, above all, long term. When operating with on-premise solutions, you have to take various costs into account - for example, the cost of installing and maintaining your own servers. Above all, in the event of problems or failures, you need to have staff available to deal with the fault or problem. But not with VXT. Here, Samsung takes care of server administration and maintenance. You save on hardware, personnel and time and can concentrate on your business. And if an error does occur, Samsung VXT Support is on hand to take care of your problems.
VXT is designed to meet the needs and requirements of companies
The entire structure of the VXT CMS is fully customised to the needs of companies and their requirements. An organisational structure on two levels - organisation and workplace - enables systematic protection of content against technical attacks. At the same time, companies are given a high degree of flexibility. Previously, it was not possible for companies to create different categories under "Organisation"; instead, they had to manually create individual folders such as "Content", "Playlists", "Schedules", "Devices" and "Users". For large companies that operate a global network of displays, managing such an organisational structure is difficult. The solution can only be operated by those who know the structure. Samsung VXT CMS now offers a two-tier structure that manages each workspace separately. Just imagine a retail chain that has a large number of displays in operation at different locations. Multiple products and campaigns are promoted simultaneously and managed by different users. In a structure where there are no separate workstations, all content would appear in a "Content" folder. This is not only complicated when more than 100 users want to manage their own content, which is mixed with content created by other users. It is also not very efficient. There is a risk of content being misused, duplicated or accidentally deleted. With the new structure, which is based on two levels, you no longer have to worry about this. With VXT, it is possible to set up separate workstations and assign different user rights, even within the same organisation. This means that it is no longer possible for users to access workstations and therefore content, templates etc. for which they are not authorised.
VXT fulfils the highest security standards
In times of maximum data security, cloud solutions are still a problem for many customers and companies. Standardised certifications can be a solution. They guarantee companies a high level of security and compliance. Samsung VXT is certified according to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 27701:2019. With these certifications, Samsung can prove that the CMS platform meets the highest standards for information security. These globally recognised certifications underline the importance of managing company and customer data in a secure manner and ensuring data integrity, availability and confidentiality.
All Samsung VXT licences are valid for 12 months from activation. There is no automatic renewal, i.e. you do not enter into a subscription with VXT. This means you remain flexible and can react to changes without a long-term contract commitment.
How do I order Samsung VXT promo licences?
The quickest way is to order VXT licences directly via our online shop. Simply add the required number of licences to your shopping basket. Customer group and quantity discounts are deducted directly in the shopping basket. Promo price only valid for a minimum purchase of 2 licences by 31.03.2025. You must not have ordered any other VXT licences for the VXT server. For new customers only. If the order is rejected by Samsung, you will receive a message from us and we will cancel the order. You can then purchase the standard VXT licences. It is best to provide us with the following information with your order (comment field):- Please let us know your e-mail address with which you can register at https://samsungvx.com/onboarding have registered. Samsung itself does not activate VXT instances, so the free test server is a basic requirement for activating VXT licences.
- Please let us know the name of the organisation under which the test server is registered. You will see this name when you log in to VXT. You will see the organisation name in bold on the start page.

After your feedback, we will order the licence(s) from Samsung. Activation of the licence(s) currently takes at least 1-2 weeks. You will receive the licences directly from Samsung via e-mail and can then activate them on the test server.
