The display of the Board for Zoom and MS Teams is an impressive 65 inches in size and resolves images and videos in 4K resolution (3840x2160 pixels). The capacitive panel itself is glare-free and ensures brilliant images even in bright rooms. Fingerprint protection has also been applied to the display, preventing fingerprints as far as possible. Thanks to the ambient sensor, the brightness of the display adjusts to the brightness of your room at all times, protecting the eyes of meeting participants and reducing power consumption at the same time. The display itself offers a high viewing angle stability, which means that colours and contrast are largely retained, even if you do not have a viewing angle on the board. The board uses a presence sensor to detect when participants enter the room and thus automatically comes out of its energy-saving mode and of course reactivates it when presence is no longer detected. The display itself can only be used in landscape format, but this is not a problem in meetings and conferences. This device is a touch display with a capacitive touch function and therefore offers touch control and the feel of a smartphone. You can write and draw on the device with your fingers or with the two pens supplied and give free rein to your creativity. The integrated AI ensures automatic white balance and colour correction and therefore delivers perfect images at all times, even in poor room conditions. In addition, the integrated camera can follow the speaker, ensuring that you are never out of the picture in a meeting.

Neat Symmetry technology now also recognises several participants in a room and can display them on the screen as individual people, always in the same size. Even if a participant moves, the camera follows them to a certain extent, while the other participants remain unchanged in the picture, so your counterpart always has the feeling that each participant is connected via a separate camera in the room. Neat Symmetry is really the perfect solution to offer an incomparable meeting room experience and your counterpart can clearly recognise the gestures and facial expressions of each person and does not just have to stare into a large room with several participants. To ensure that your video conference partner understands you well and that speaker tracking works, 5 microphones have been embedded in the housing and are able to perfectly capture and recognise speakers from up to 5 m away. The integrated PC is the centrepiece of the Neat Board for Zoom and MS Teams Displays. Neat OS is installed on the board as the operating system . However, you do not have direct access to the operating system, which only serves as the basis for Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms. The performance of the integrated PC is customised for Zoom and MS Teams and provides additional resources for the future. This is because the Neat Board is constantly being further developed and improvements are made available via firmware updates. As already mentioned, the Neat Board is available via integrated WiFi (2.4 and 5Ghz) and, of course, Bluetooth connectivity.

Wireless connections can be easily realised via the Neat Board thanks to Zoom or Microsoft Teams. The Neat Board supports the options provided by Zoom or Teams. Of course, you can also access their whiteboard solutions at any time via Zoom Rooms and MS Teams Rooms and use bring-your-own-device meetings even without an active video conference. For BYOD meetings, you can connect devices to the Neat Board both wirelessly and via HDMI. In future, you will also be able to use the existing USB-C port for BOYD; this feature will be activated with one of the upcoming updates.

As of today, these sensors can only be used in Zoom, but we are working on an implementation with Microsoft Teams.

Zoom digital signage:  With the digital signage function you can display images, videos or websites on the screen of your Zoom room, even if the room is not in a Zoom meeting. You can create digital signage rooms to display content without setting up a full Zoom room. If you add several images, videos or websites for display, these are displayed alternately and you can specify how long each image is displayed. You can also specify how long the content is displayed before and after scheduled meetings. The content can be set at room, floor, location or account level. Thanks to Zoom digital signage, you can simply use the Neat Board as a digital advertising board for employees or visitors during free periods and display current information about your company or advertise products or promotions.

Neat Pad as a console:  If you configure the optional Neat Pad as a controller , this ensures that every meeting room is always ready for use. You can add multiple Neat Pads in a room so that everyone has access to the video conferencing controls from anywhere around the table. And in an upcoming software release, the Neat Pad's two built-in microphones will provide improved audio recording on all Neat systems. This means that you can use the microphones integrated into the Neat Pad to extend the microphones on the Neat Board. This makes it easier to hear participants sitting at the back of the table. If you want to place the Neat Pad on the table, you can simply position it anywhere. The tablet is powered via the cable supplied. The Internet can be supplied via PoE or via the integrated WiFi. Used as a controller, you can start your meetings faster with a Neat Pad Console and share your screen with just one tap. Configure Neat Pad as a controller for your Zoom rooms. It also allows you to invite participants, mute them if necessary or record your meetings. When connected to a third-party Zoom Rooms system, it not only replaces a conventional tablet controller, but also offers you significantly more functions. 

Neat Pad as a panel:  The Neat Pad can also be usedas a room booking display in front of a meeting or conference room. Mount the Neat Pad as a panel directly in front of your meeting room to ensure optimum room management. The Neat Pad allows you to book the room directly on site without having to get out a PC or smartphone and search for the right calendar.
