The Neat Board Pro is equipped with a 65-inch capacitive multi-touch LCD screen with Ultra HD 4K (screen resolution 3840 × 2160). The high-resolution screen provides an incredibly detailed and vivid image that enhances interaction and collaboration during video conferencing. Whether you're sharing presentations, reviewing documents or simply talking to your team, the screen offers enough space and sharpness for all your needs. The capacitive panel itself is glare-free, ensuring brilliant images even in bright rooms. The display is also equipped with fingerprint protection, which prevents fingerprints as far as possible. Thanks to the Ambient Sensor, the brightness of the display adjusts to the room brightness at all times, protecting the eyes of meeting participants and reducing power consumption at the same time. The display itself offers a high viewing angle stability so that colours and contrasts are retained as far as possible, even if you are not looking directly at the board.

Neat Active Marker for a more natural whiteboarding experience

The display itself can only be used in landscape format, but this is not a problem in meetings and conferences. This device is a touch display with capacitive touch function, which enables touch control and a haptic experience like on a smartphone. To enhance the whiteboarding experience, the Neat Board Pro comes with the Neat Active Marker. This special pen enables a more natural and intuitive whiteboarding experience by drawing precise and fluid lines on the screen. It feels like writing on a physical whiteboard, which encourages collaboration and brainstorming during video conferences. The Neat Activ Marker has built-in sensors that measure pressure and tilt and an intuitive eraser at the end. Best of all, it doesn't need to be paired or charged.

Dual camera system with wide-angle and telephoto camera

The Neat Board Pro has a dual camera system with a wide-angle and telephoto camera. The Neat Board Pro is equipped with a 50 megapixel camera with two cameras and up to 16x hybrid zoom. The horizontal field of view of 113 degrees allows flexible zooming and fading in of people in meeting rooms. The camera is able to recognise people at the front, side or rear of the room and capture them down to the smallest detail. The lightning-fast image processing makes it possible to recognise, zoom in on and track all participants in the room in full close-up, regardless of their position or direction of movement. This results in a particularly lifelike engagement. Neat Symmetry technology recognises several participants in a room and shows them on the screen as individual people, always in the same size. Even if one participant moves, the camera follows them to a certain extent, while the other participants remain unchanged in the picture. This gives your counterpart the impression that each participant is connected to a separate camera in the room. Neat Symmetry supports 15 frames on Neat Board Pro because our AI understands where people are in the room and either selects one per frame or combines people if they are nearby. Neat Symmetry is the perfect solution to create an unrivalled meeting room experience and clearly show the gestures and facial expressions of all participants without having to stare into a large room with a few participants.

Speaker box for maximum sound range with minimum distortion

The Neat Board Pro is equipped with an innovative speaker box that ensures optimum sound quality with minimum distortion. The box contains three full-range speakers and a woofer with two opposing drivers for vibration cancellation. Together they provide an impressive sound experience and help to improve communication during video conferences. Five sensor microphones, angled in an end-fire arrangement, ensure excellent voice quality. The microphones pick up voices clearly and effectively suppress background noise, resulting in improved audio quality during video conferences. They are embedded in the housing and can perfectly capture and recognise speakers from up to ten metres away, so that your video conference partner understands you well and speaker tracking works smoothly.

Powerful CPU with Neat OS operating system

The Neat Board Pro is powered by a powerful CPU. Like all Neat devices, Neat Board Pro runs NeatOS, which is based on Android. Neat Board Pro will support Android versions after Android 10, such as Neat Board 50, Neat Pad, Neat Frame and Neat Centre. This operating system has been specially developed for video conferencing and offers smooth and stable performance. Neat OS is installed on the board as the operating system. However, you do not have direct access to the operating system, it only serves as a basis for Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms. The Neat Board Pro has BYOD functionality. It is equipped with a single USB-C output with power connection, which allows laptops to be charged. This ensures cross-platform functionality and enables the use of any app on the laptop with the device. The device can be set up for applications such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams or BYOD mode or utilise the Neat App Hub. Neat devices offer great experiences with Zoom Room and Microsoft Teams Room applications, but the manufacturer is aware that you may need to attend meetings on other platforms. In these situations, BYOD mode allows you to use Neat devices with any video service while benefiting from Neat's advanced hardware and features.

With Neat Board Pro, you and your team can work right in the room and directly use the key apps you rely on in your daily workflows, choosing which apps you want to enable on the Neat Board Pro from our ever-evolving Neat App Hub platform. HDMI-out support, WiFi & Bluetooth

The Neat Board Pro has HDMI out and can duplicate or extend the layout to a secondary display or projector. This can be particularly useful if you need to hold larger video conferences or use multiple applications simultaneously. The Neat Board is equipped with integrated WiFi (2.4 and 5 GHz) and Bluetooth connectivity. For a wired internet connection, you can also use the existing RJ45 connection. With audio extensions from other manufacturers, you can connect your system to other or specialised audio systems.

Installation options

The table feet are already included with the Neat Board Pro and are part of the minimalist design. Due to the lack of screws, they can be attached quickly and easily, which simplifies set-up and installation. There is also no need to dispose of excess packaging materials. The optional wall bracket is VESA-compatible so that the Neat Board Pro can be firmly attached to the wall. The optional adaptive bracket allows the Neat Board Pro to be mounted firmly on the wall. The screen can be adjusted up or down for optimal use and display. The unique adaptive stand provides greater accessibility and freedom of movement during meetings and allows the Neat Board Pro to be moved from one room to another and the screen to be adjusted up or down for optimal use and viewing.

Optional accessories

You can use the Neat Board Pro with other devices. For example, with the optional Neat Pad for Zoom and MS Teams. This is a display with an 8-inch screen diagonal. It is the perfect addition to the Neat Board Pro. The Neat Pad can be used as a video conference controller or as a room booking display. It works with Zoom and Microsoft Teams. The Neat Board Pro also supports the Neat Centre. It consists of a camera and microphones that can be used to capture the meeting participants even better.
