The integrated PC is the important heart of the Neat Bar Pro. Neat OS is installed on the bar as the operating system. However, you do not have direct access to the operating system, it only serves as a basis for Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms. As of today, these sensors can only be used in Zoom, but work is underway to implement them with Microsoft Teams. For this purpose, the Neat Bar Pro and the Neat Board have an ultrasonic speaker and ultrasonic microphones. The camera is neither activated nor used for this function. Zoom Digital Signage: With digital signage function, you can display images, videos or websites of your Zoom room even if the room is not in a Zoom meeting. You can create digital signage rooms to display content without setting up a full zoom room. When you add multiple images, videos or websites to display, they are displayed in turn and you can set how long each image is displayed. You can also set how long content is displayed before and after scheduled meetings. Content can be set at room, floor, site or account level. With Zoom Digital Signage, you can easily use the Neat Bar Pro as a digital billboard for staff or visitors during off hours, displaying the latest information about your business or promoting products or promotions.

Neat Pad Console included: If you configure the Neat Pad as a controller , this ensures that every meeting room is always ready for use. You can add multiple Neat Pads as controllers in a room, so everyone has access to the video conference controls from anywhere at the table. And in an upcoming software release, the Neat Pad's two built-in microphones will provide enhanced audio recording on all Neat systems. This will allow you to use the microphones built into the Neat Pad to augment the microphones available on the Neat Bar Pro. This way, even participants sitting at the back of the table can be better understood. If you want to place the Neat Pad on the table, you can simply position it anywhere. The tablet is powered via the cable supplied. The supply with the Internet can take place via PoE or via WiFi. If you do not want a controller, but prefer to use the Neat Pad supplied as a room booking display, this is no problem. During the initial set-up, you can select yourself what the Neat Pad is to be configured as, and you can reset this setting at any time via a factory reset.

Neat Pad as room booking display (optional): However, the Neat Pad can also be used as a room booking display in front of a meeting or conference room. Mount the Neat Pad as a panel directly in front of your meeting room for optimal room management. The Neat Pad thus allows you to book the room immediately on the spot, without having to first get out a PC or smartphone and search for the appropriate calendar. The LED display integrated into the side of the pad shows room availability even from a distance. A room booking display is a real relief in busy meeting rooms and equally shows a high level of professionalism. If at some point you find that the pad is no longer needed as a room booking system and you would rather use the pad as a controller, that's no problem. You can reset the 8-inch display via a factory reset and then configure it as a controller.
