The Yealink MVC640-C4-F13 Microsoft Teams Rooms system is one of the latest communication solutions Yealink has put together as a video conferencing system with a 4K PTZ camera, a sound bar and additional microphones for medium-sized meeting rooms. With the Yealink MVC640-C4-F13, you thus get all the components you need for your video conference. The complete system consists of the Yealink UVC84 4K PTZ conference room camera, the Yealink MCore Pro mini PC, the Yealink MTouch E2 touch panel, the Yealink MSpeaker II soundbar, the Yealink CPW65 additional microphones as well as the Yealink WDD60 DECT dongle and the Yealink WPP30 USB-C dongle. The Yealink MVC640-C4-F13 provides you with a premium team meeting experience that allows you to seamlessly interact, connect and collaborate with internal and external users at all times. We introduce the individual components of the Yealink MVC640-C4-F13 in detail below:
The Yealink MTouch E2 touch panel
With the multifunctional Yealink MTouch E2 all-in-one system, you get an 8-inch touch panel with a user-friendly interface. It allows you to easily control calls, control the camera, share content and other functions during your video conferences. At the same time, the MTouch E2 has a built-in motion sensor that automatically wakes up the conference system so you can start the conference immediately. The resolution of the touch panel is 1280x800 pixels and thanks to 10-point touch, you can tap on it just like on your tablet. In addition to the HDMI/USB-C HD video input, the MTouch E2 also has a 3.5mm headset jack. The touch panel has an integrated WiFi AP and therefore supports both wired and wireless content sharing.
The Yealink MCore Pro Gen-3 Mini-PC
For a working and high-quality solution with Microsoft Teams, you need a powerful PC, which is provided to you in this package with the Yealink MCore Pro Gen-3 Mini PC. It is equipped with an 11th generation i5 processor and 8GB RAM (2x 4GB), making it perfectly optimised for this room system. The 128GB SSD hard drive offers sufficient space for important documents. Windows 10 IoT Enterprise with 64Bit is already pre-installed, support is announced by Yealink for the second half of 2023. The MCore Mini PC can easily be placed where it suits you best. The PC can be installed on the wall or on / under the table. In addition, the MCore cable management solution enables data and power in one CAT5e cable, which simplifies complicated cabling and means less deployment time for you. In addition to WLAN and Bluetooth 5.2, the selection of connections on the mini PC is also impressive: 3 HDMI video output with CEC support, 1x RJ45 (MTouch connection), 4x USB 3.0 Type-A, 1x LAN (10/100/1000M) and 1x power connection as well as a slot for security lock.
The Yealink UVC84 USB PTZ Camera
With its 4K sensor and 12x optical zoom, the Yealink UVC84 4K PTZ camera is ideal for medium and large rooms. It offers an impressive video experience as a 4-camera and provides you with crisp and clear images during your video conference. Thanks to the auto-framing function, the UVC84 PTZ camera automatically detects each participant and adjusts the image so that no one falls out of the viewing window. With a wide diagonal field of view of 80° degrees and the motorised pan range of 200° as well as tilt range of 130°, your possibilities are almost unlimited. With its revolutionary new ID design and multiple installation options (on a conference table, above a display, on the wall, on the ceiling, on a display stand or tripod), the UVC84 from Yealink can be flexibly adapted to your needs in any professional meeting room. With its various connections such as HDMI and USB, the UVC84 also offers various options for easy integration into the video conferencing system.
The Yealink MSpeaker II Soundbar
The Yealink MSpeaker II soundbar is also included in the scope of delivery of the room system. This professional soundbar was developed for video conference rooms and fits perfectly with signage displays. The high-quality MSpeaker II sound system has built-in 10W speakers and delivers a captivating surround sound. It offers outstanding audio quality with crystal clear and natural sound reproduction especially for medium-sized but also large meeting rooms. The RJ45 connection of the MSpeaker II Soundbar supports PoE. In addition, the soundbar has a 3.5 mm line-in connection and is therefore also compatible with other video conferencing solutions.
The Yealink CPW65 additional microphones
With the video conferencing complete system MVC640-C4-F13 you also receive the wireless Yealink CPW65 DECT extension microphones (one pair). The CPW65s solve the bottleneck of audio recording in large meeting rooms and ensure a crystal clear and optimally stable audio experience even in large conference rooms. Three microphones are built into each unit, supporting a 360-degree voice pick-up range with a 3-metre radius. By wirelessly connecting the two CPW65s, you can thus easily extend the voice recording range.
The Yealink WDD60 dongle
To complete the video conferencing system, the Yealink MVC640-C4-F13 also comes with the Yealink WDD60. This USB-A dongle is a plug&play solution compatible with Yealink DECT headsets of the WH6x series and thus an ideal addition for mobile working.
The Yealink WPP30 dongle
The Yealink WPP30 USB-C dongle is also included with the Yealink MVC640-C4-F13. This plug-and-play dongle is a wireless presentation pod with high-performance 2x2 MIMO and WiFi 6 module that provides hassle-free content sharing in any conference room. With the WPP30, no additional software or drivers are required and, of course, there is no need to set up additional cables between the monitor and the conference table. Simply plug the Yealink WPP30 dongle into your laptop or similar and your ideas are ready for presentation. The dongle is compatible with most devices with a full-featured USB-C port.
The Yealink video solution MVC640-C4-F13 supports the Yealink Device Management Platform/Cloud Service: thus all Yealink audio and video devices and peripherals can be remotely managed, monitored, configured, updated and diagnosed on this platform. A dream for every IT department and those who have no need for this solution are not forced to do so by the manufacturer.
