The Vision VFM-W10X6 is a fixed wall mount suitable for heavy displays ranging in size from 55 to 90 inches. Displays with a VESA size between 300 x 300 mm and 1000 x 600 mm can be easily mounted in landscape or portrait format. With a load capacity of 130 kg, the VFM-W10X6 has a very stable design. This makes it ideally suited for very heavy flat screens.
The VFM-W10X6 was developed by Vision especially for professional AV installers. It has slotted holes in the wall section for quick mounting and levelling. This makes the mount very easy to align. The delivery includes numerous M5, M6 and M8 screws in various lengths. These can be used to attach the vertical arms to the back of the display. When fastening, the display locks securely into the horizontal part of the mount. The corresponding tie rods are shortened and hidden behind the display. All that is required to unlock the display is to push down on the tie rods.
Interactive touchscreens for collaborative working and learning are often large and heavy. With the VFM-W10X6, size and weight are no longer an obstacle. The design allows for both high load capacity and high safety. Thanks to the low-profile design, the display can be mounted at a distance of only 36 mm from the wall, which complies with ADA regulations. This prevents hanging and allows for a higher permissible load.
A shelf (optional) can be placed in the centre of the screen or below the screen. Any videoconferencing camera that has a tripod thread can be securely mounted on it. Two horizontal sections can be mounted side by side or two screens can be mounted. This makes the Vision VFM-W10X6 particularly suitable for video conferencing or where space is limited. It is also possible to extend the horizontal section. This allows two support points in a wall to be bridged. The wall mount can also be combined very well with multimedia options. For example, an optional laptop shelf can be attached to the horizontal section of the mount at four different heights (in 80 mm steps). The lowest setting is 680 mm below the centre of the screen. On the horizontal part there are also VESA holes with a size of 100 x 100 mm, to which a slim media player can be attached, which is located behind the screen.
