The Vision SP-1800 passive speaker set is an all-purpose audio system that is known for excellent voice reproduction, but is also designed for playing music. With its total output of 50 watts RMS, the SP-1800 system is designed for smaller conference rooms and classrooms. Easy installation, excellent sound quality and a price-performance ratio that is second to none. Perfect for schools and businesses.
The SP-1800 speaker set from Vision consists of two passive speakers. These Vision speakers use three drivers, i.e. woofer, midrange and tweeter. If a single driver is to reproduce as wide a frequency spectrum as possible, this is always only possible with compromises. If, on the other hand, the sound spectrum is divided into three sections, each driver only has to produce a limited frequency spectrum, resulting in less distortion and a clearer sound. In small to medium presentation environments, wide dispersion is usually more important than feedback management for microphones, so horns are not used.
The bass-reflex port allows for greater excursion of the woofer, enabling it to reproduce lower frequencies. The phase-delayed movement of the air from the rear of the woofer to the front further enhances the bass.
The adjustable brackets, which are included in the delivery, allow a tilt angle of 30º up or down. Alternatively, the speakers can be used without brackets and placed on a shelf. The textured finish is made of robust ABS plastic and withstands the stresses of professional use. Vision gives you a 30-year manufacturer's warranty on the SP-1800.

The Vision SP-1800 are passive speakers, i.e. no amplifier is integrated. They must therefore be used with an external amplifier.
