MyViewBoard Manager Advanced is a paid upgrade for the free myViewBoard Manager. myViewBoard Manager Advanced provides full optimisation and control of all displays connected to the network and enables a single web dashboard that can be securely accessed from any device. The myViewBoard Manager can be used with all ViewBoard series, ViewBoard Box, CDE 12 and 20 series and a limited number of ViewSonic LED displays.

Easy device registration, device monitoring, device control, Broadcasts app, management cloud-based access, 15 GB cloud storage and myViewBoard ecosystem.
Some features you get with ViewSonic my ViewBoard Manager Advanced:
- Urgent alarm transmission: With ViewSonic and CAP third-party messaging integrations, you can strengthen safety standards, increase transparency and keep your students and staff informed of critical events.
- Multimedia transmission: Remotely broadcast images or videos in full-screen mode to registered devices or use zones to display multiple media simultaneously.
- Task scheduling: Optimise workflow by automating tasks in advance to increase efficiency when managing devices. Tasks can be scheduled for a specific time as a one-time event or as a recurring event. Schedule tasks such as switching the screen on and off, switching off, transferring media and more remotely on selected devices.
- User management: Ensure system security within the myViewBoard Manager by managing user access to different functions and devices. This allows you to easily manage and control the different panel requirements of different administrators and employees while ensuring smooth operation of the system.
- System backup and restore: Create "restore points" to restore system files to a previous point in time. These can be created automatically based on a pre-set schedule. Maintain the certainty that files and settings are saved even in the event of unforeseen system errors or crashes.
