The built-in HDBaseT receiver offers you the possibility of transmitting uncompressed, high-resolution audio and video over a long distance (100 metres at 1080p) at low cost. To do this, simply connect the projector with a Cat.5e/6 cable. The LS921WU's HDBaseT receiver is compatible with any certified HDBaseT transmitter. For example, you can use it to connect several projectors with each other across several rooms. Especially in large rooms, halls or at events, HDBaseT makes installation much easier and also reduces installation costs. The LS921WU has two HDMI inputs (HDMI 2.0, HDCP 1.4/2.2), which guarantee your access to original content in 4K quality with HDR / HLG. These are supported at a frame rate of 60 Hz from external devices (e.g. Roku stick, 4K Blu-ray player), producing the brightest whites and deepest blacks and displaying more picture detail. In addition, the LS921WU has a VGA port to connect your computer and an RJ45 LAN port. Via the VGA output, you can easily loop the image through to a monitor or display and thus also provide a live image in the foyer of a conference room, for example. The projector has two integrated 10-watt loudspeakers, with which you would already be equipped for presentations or museum exhibitions. Additional loudspeakers can still be connected to the projector via the audio output (3.5 mm). Via the RS232 port, the LS921WU can also be integrated into existing room control solutions at any time. The projector also has a USB type A port for power supply and maintenance. For many people, one of the most important criteria - for or against a purchase - is the loudness during presentations and so we would also like to go into this topic. ViewSonic has combined various technologies in this unit to reduce the noise level to 29dB (Eco mode). In standard mode, the projector's noise level is 36dB, which is a good value for a projector with 6000 ansi lumens.
