The ViewSonic LS740W laser projector is part of the ViewSonic Luminous Superior Series and is perfectly suited as a lamp-free installation projector for commercial and educational facilities. With a projection area of up to 300 inches in 1080p Full HD and a high native contrast ratio of 3,000,000:1, the LS740W is ideal for boardrooms, lecture theatres and public spaces. This DLP projector utilises 3rd generation laser phosphor technology and delivers a brightness of 5,000 ANSI lumens for up to 30,000 hours. The ViewSonic projector's lamp-free design gives you an environmentally friendly and cost-effective solution with low power consumption. The LS740W delivers 1.3x optical zoom, H/V keystone, 4-corner adjustment, 360° projection and portrait mode, allowing you to enjoy easy set-up and versatile applications.
3rd generation laser phosphor technology
The ViewSonic LS740W features advanced 3rd generation laser phosphor technology, which increases brightness by 20% and achieves better light output. At the same time, the projector is 32% more compact and easier to access than the previous generation. Its lamp-free light source can be switched on and off instantly and has a lifespan of up to 30,000 hours without maintenance, ensuring consistent image quality even after prolonged use. With its advanced lamp-free light source, the ViewSonic LS740W projector offers a highly energy-efficient and cost-saving display solution, consuming up to 51% less power than other projectors. You also get a more even and consistent brightness over the lifetime of the projector compared to conventional lamp technologies, giving you consistently high image quality. With 5,000 ANSI lumens, the LS740W offers vivid and sharp projection in WXGA 1280x800 resolution in all lighting conditions in auditoriums, boardrooms, public venues and other large spaces.
Unrivalled contrast, improved visibility
The ViewSonic LS740W projector uses the advanced 0.65" DMD chip from Texas Instruments, which exceeds the capabilities of the standard 0.47" chip. The LS740W offers a high native contrast ratio of 3,000,000:1 for deeper blacks, resulting in clearer, more legible images with improved visual depth. The larger 0.65-inch DMD chip enables a higher pixel count and native resolution. This allows the LS740W to project sharper and more detailed images. A larger chip has more space for the DMD (Digital Micromirror Device) mirrors, which results in a finer pixel density and is particularly advantageous for large-scale projections or when displaying fine details. The larger chip can also process more light and gives you a higher brightness with the ViewSonic LS741W. This allows the projector to deliver a clear and vivid projection even in brighter rooms. This is particularly beneficial when used in larger rooms or in ambient light, as the 0.65" chip provides more light efficiency without compromising image quality.
Increased installation flexibility
The ViewSonic LS740W laser projector is equipped with a 1.3x optical zoom and allows you to choose the most ideal location within an area and obtain the desired image size without having to change the existing interior design. Easy to install, the LS740W allows an image size of up to 300 inches and offers a lower cost per inch compared to other types of commercial displays. The LS740W projector gives you both vertical and horizontal keystone correction of +/- 30° each. Combined with the LS740W's 4-corner adjustment function, you can easily adjust skewed or distorted images. The ViewSonic LS740W projector can be rotated vertically at any angle (360° projection), allowing projection onto ceilings, walls or floors. The portrait mode (90° portrait mode) expands the possibilities for projection mapping, staging and creative advertising applications. This gives you the flexibility to adapt to new spatial conditions in classrooms, conference rooms or museums. Many museums, for example, are open seven days a week into the evening, making the LS740W's 24/7 runtime release the perfect choice.

Easy and cost-effective installation
The ViewSonic LS740W is 35% lighter and 35% smaller than its predecessor and even most competing projectors on the market, significantly reducing transport costs and making installation easier.
Increased dust resistanceThanks to
the advanced IP6X sealed LS740W housing, which prevents the ingress of dust and damage to internal components, crystal clear image quality and a long service life of the ViewSonic projector are guaranteed.
ConnectivityThe
ViewSonic LS740W projector is of course also equipped with the most important connections. In addition to two HDMI inputs to which you can connect a laptop, DVD player or tablet, the projector also has an integrated USB power output with 5 V/1.5 A, which you can use to supply wireless HDMI dongles with power, i.e. no separate mains adapter is required for these devices when streaming your favourite content. In addition, a 15-watt speaker is already integrated, which can of course be supplemented by optional additional speakers via the existing audio 3.5 mm connection.
The connections are completed by an RS232 input.
