The Sharp/NEC PN-HY551 has ultra-high 4K resolution with 3840 x 2160 pixels and a brightness of 500 cd/m². The panel is also anti-reflective (Pro Haze Level of 25%), so you don't have to worry about reflections from windows or other light sources and a distortion-free image of your content is guaranteed. With these parameters, the PN-HY551 is suitable for brighter rooms and locations without direct sunlight, such as in the entrance area of a company to greet business partners and customers, making them feel welcome straight away. Or use it as a menu board to display a selection of your food and drinks as a slide show. With Direct LED backlighting, you get more vivid colours and a contrast ratio of 5000:1, so your text, images and videos are sharper. This makes the PN-HY551 ideal for displaying complex information in specialised professional applications such as CAD/CAM, traffic control, surveillance or medical imaging systems. The white balance and colour temperature settings are also ideal for high-quality broadcast and video productions. The 10-bit colour depth is approximately 20% greater than the standard sRGB (red, green, blue spectrum) colour range, so your images are more natural and lifelike.

These days, you're inundated with information, images and videos - it takes a lot to capture and hold the attention of your audience. Traditional signage and retail displays use a lot of static images and silent video, but these are no longer as effective. With the Sharp/NEC PN-HY551, you have a combination of high quality video and audio to present your content in an engaging way.

With the built-in USB media player, you're ready to go, so you can play back slideshows of 4K or Ultra HD resolution photos and videos, and music, without the need to also connect a PC and other hardware or install additional software. The PN-HY551 also has two built-in 10-watt speakers, so audio is also taken care of. The Sharp/NEC PN-HY551 offers you the necessary connections: In addition to 3 x HDMI 2.0 connections (HDCP 2.2), the Sharp display comes to you with 1 x VGA, 1 x USB and an audio input with 3.5mm. An RS232 and an RJ45 (LAN) connection are available for external control of the display. Of course, the connections for audio have not been forgotten.
