Sennheiser EK 2020-D-II - Digital pocket receiver for tour guide

The Sennheiser EK 2020-D-II is a very robust and versatile bodypack receiver for Sennheiser personal tour systems. This small all-rounder can be used to quickly and easily guide larger groups through museums or an entire city and is also ideally suited for noisy environments. The bodypack receiver is very popular for interpreting assignments because, thanks to a simple frequency selection, only the interpreter transmitting on this frequency can be heard. For your listeners, the handling of the pocket receiver is kept extra simple and intuitive. The advantage, in contrast to the chinstrap receiver, is that you have a free choice of headphones and that the receiver can be stowed anywhere. Each of your tour participants can adjust the volume individually via a large wheel, and the illuminated LCD display provides information at all times about volume, reception quality, battery status and the reception channel, which can be set in the centre of the receiver. On the subject of the battery, it remains to be said that the EK 2020-D-II offers up to 16 hours of operating time, provided it is fully charged. Sennheiser offers a suitable charging case (EZL 2020-20L) or a stationary charging bar (L 2021-40) for charging the headphones.

On the subject of frequencies, it remains to say that you can switch 6 frequencies in the HF range - tour guide mode - and optionally you can switch a further 8 frequencies - conference mode. The reception range is around 100 metres outdoors and around 50 metres indoors. This makes the system suitable for large groups or halls.
