Das Samsung QB98C Signage-Display ist mit dem Ultra Slim Design von gerade einmal 28,5 mm eines der schlankesten Signage-Displays von Samsung. Das QB98C ist mit 350 cd/m² Helligkeit und der Ultra-HD-Auflösung mit 3840 x 2160 Pixeln ausgestattet und somit für Räume mit regelbarer Helligkeit geeignet. Mit dem integrierten Eco-Sensor erkennt das Samsung QB98C automatisch die Umgebungshelligkeit und optimiert diese, was einen positiven Einfluss auf den Stromverbrauch hat. Außerdem enthält das Signage-Display das Betriebssystem Tizen 7.0 mit integriertem MagicINFO S10 Player. Neben den gängigen Anschlüssen wie USB und HDMI, besitzt das QB98C auch eine integrierte Wifi- und Bluetooth-Verbindungsmöglichkeit für die nötige Flexibilität. Es stehen Ihnen, neben einem Webbrowser, auch Funktionen wie z.B. eine direkte RDP-Verbindungsmöglichkeit und eine Workspace-Funktion mit direktem Cloud-Service-Zugang für u.a. Office 365 und VMWare Horizon zur Verfügung. Wie bereits von anderen Serien gewohnt, ist auch bei diesem Digital-Signage-Display eine IP5x-Zertifizierung vorhanden, welche das Panel vor Staub schützt und somit auch in Industrieumgebungen eingesetzt werden darf. Das Samsung QB98C Signage-Display eignet sich sowohl für Büro- und Meetingräume als auch für den Digital Signage Bereich oder Einzelhandelsumgebungen. Sie können das QB98C kann im Hoch- oder Querformat montiert werden, wobei Samsung nun die VESA-Befestigungslöcher mittig am Display angebracht hat.
Ultra-Slim-Design und einheitliche Rahmenbreite für einen modernen B2B-Bereich
Wie bereits erwähnt, glänzt das QB98C durch sein sehr schlankes Design. Bei einer Bautiefe von nur 28,5 mm ist es eines der dünnsten Signage-Displays von Samsung. Es wurde außerdem auf ein symmetrisches Design geachtet: alle 4 Seiten haben die gleiche Rahmengröße von 13,9 mm. So hat man keine Probleme, wenn man das Display beispielsweise drehen möchte. Zusätzlich kann das QB98C sowohl im Hoch- (Portrait) als auch im Querformat (Landscape) und aufgrund seiner geringen Tiefe auch sehr nah an der Wand montiert werden. So bringen Sie hochwertiges Design und Eleganz in jede Geschäftsumgebung, während Sie gleichzeitig Platz einsparen. Zusätzlich wurde bei der QBC-Serie die VESA-Lochung zentrierter angebracht, sodass Ihnen die Installation erleichtert wird.
Tizen OS – Geräteverwaltung und Sicherheit
Das Samsung QB98C wird mit dem Betriebssystem TIZEN 7.0 ausgeliefert. Mit der Tizen Enterprise Plattform erhalten Sie die Möglichkeit Ihre Geräte zu verwalten, mehr Sicherheitsfunktionen und einige benutzerdefinierte Funktionen, die Ihnen den Arbeitsalltag erleichtern. Legen Sie Ihre gewünschten Einstellungen fest, lassen Updates ausführen, ohne die IT unnötig zu belasten. Tizen garantiert Ihnen eine sichere Verschlüsselung und VPN-Unterstützung, sodass Sie sich bei dem Thema Sicherheit keine Gedanken machen müssen. Das installierte TIZEN Betriebssystem bietet eine einfache Steuerung des Screens und ermöglicht Ihnen, dank des integrierten MagicInfo Player S10 mit 8 GB Speicher (3 GB frei verfügbar), Inhalte direkt am Display zu speichern und Wiedergabezeiten zu planen. Der eingebettete MagicInfo Player S10 erhöht die Gesamtleistung des Displays, ermöglicht ein perfektes Content-Management und sorgt für einen reibungslosen Betrieb.
Den Meeting-Alltag nachhaltig verbessern
Mit dem Samsung QB98C haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihren Meeting-Alltag nachhaltig zu verbessern. So stehen Ihnen Funktionen wie z.B. eine direkte RDP-Verbindungsmöglichkeit und eine Workspace-Funktion mit direktem Cloud-Service-Zugang für u.a. Office 365 und VMware Horizon zur Verfügung. VMware Horizon bietet Ihnen dabei einen digitalen Arbeitsplatz mit effizienter Bereitstellung virtueller Desktops und Anwendungen für Mitarbeiter und das von überall, jederzeit und auf jedem Gerät. Durch die umfassende Integration in das VMware-Technologiepartnernetz hat die Plattform eine agile cloudfähige Grundlage, modernes Management und End-to-End-Sicherheit. So kann man mit der Zeit gehen und es ist egal, wo sich Ihr "Workspace" befindet. Mit der Remote-Desktop-Verbindung verbinden Sie Ihren PC mit einem gewünschten Server. Über die vorhandene Bluetooth-Schnittstelle können Sie eine Maus und Tastatur mit dem Display verbinden und erhalten im Handumdrehen einen smarten Workplace, den Sie Ihren Mitarbeitern zur Verfügung stellen können.
Neues Signage Home Menü
Benutzer können Ihre gewünschten Apps herunterladen, diese verwalten oder auch zur neuen New Home Startseite als Favoriten hinzufügen. Beim Home-Menü wurde nämlich jetzt der Fokus auf Komfort gelegt: Funktionen, Geräteeingänge und Einstellungen werden jetzt auf einem Bildschirm angezeigt, um einfach zwischen den verschiedenen Elementen zu navigieren.
Kalibrieren smart und leicht
Die QBC-Serie ist mit der Ultra-HD-Auflösung mit 3840 x 2160 Pixeln, 350 cd/m2 Helligkeit und einem Kontrastverhältnis von 4000:1 ausgestattet. Das QB98C kommt grundsätzlich mit den Standard-Bildeinstellungen zu Ihnen. Samsung bietet Ihnen allerdings die tolle Möglichkeit, Ihre Displays mit Hilfe der mobilen App zu kalibrieren: Sie können dann Ihre Einstellungen gemäß Ihrer Lichtverhältnisse und Vorlieben anpassen. Der Basic-Modus lässt Sie die Bildschirme innerhalb von 30 Sekunden kalibrieren, während der Professional-Modus die Bildschirme für eine makellose Bildqualität in etwa 10 Minuten optimiert. Wenn Sie also die Darstellung der Farben stört, Ihnen der Farbton z.B. zu warm oder zu kalt ist, dann können Sie hier Ihre gewünschten Einstellungen treffen. Samsung garantiert Ihnen dadurch eine vollständige Markenkonsistenz auf jedem Display an jedem Ort. Mit der mobilen App von Samsung stellt Smart Calibration sicher, dass jedes Display korrekt kalibriert ist, und zeigt Markenlogos und andere Begleitmaterialien in genau den erforderlichen Farben an.
Verbindungsmöglichkeiten
Die Anschlüsse beim Samsung QB98C sind ausreichend: Es verfügt über drei HDMI 2.0 Anschlüsse. Zusätzlich gibt es ein RJ45-Anschluss für die kabelgebundene Verbindung mit dem Netzwerk und zwei USB 2.0 Anschlüsse, um eine Maus, Tastatur oder USB-Sticks mit dem Display zu verbinden. Gerade in Besprechungsräumen benötigt man einige Anschlüsse, da man jederzeit auf sich wechselnde Teilnehmer und deren unterschiedliche Zuspielgeräte reagieren kann. Via WiFi- und Bluetooth können Sie sich auch drahtlos mit Ihrem PC verbinden und diesen aus der Ferne bedienen und steuern. Es sind bereits zwei 10-Watt-Lautsprecher enthalten, wodurch man in kleinen Räumen nicht zwingend ein externes Lautsprechersystem benötigt.
