The hardened Magic Protection Glass offers the Samsung OH55A-S a robust resistance that is IK10-certified. In addition, the OH55A-S is IP56 certified, protecting the display from water, dust and moisture getting inside. Thanks to its brightness of 3500 cd/m², it defies even the most unfavourable lighting conditions and, with its Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels) and a contrast of 6000:1 , conjures up a true-colour, brilliant image at all times. The Samsung OH55A-S has anti-reflective technology to ensure that your advertising content is perfectly visible at all times, even in bright sunshine. Automatically always the perfect setting at any time of day: the display utilises its full power in the afternoon, while in the evening it adjusts the brightness down to the required level.

The Samsung OH55A-S is also UL-verified for outdoor visibility. With its anti-reflective technology, the OH55A-S also enables wearers of polarised sunglasses to see your advertising content clearly. Polarised sunglasses are widely used today, as they effectively intercept light reflections from the field of vision and thus significantly reduce the glare effect, which is an enormously important factor, especially when driving. Manufacturers of branded glasses in particular therefore rely primarily on polarised sunglasses. However, anyone who has ever worn polarised sunglasses will quickly realise that you can no longer see any content on conventional displays. The screen simply remains black. Thanks to anti-reflective technology, your advertising can be seen clearly even when wearing polarised sunglasses.

This innovative solution also ensures better visibility in bright daylight with an overall reflection rate of less than 1.5 % and therefore clear images and text for every viewer. Especially for big cities, the next point is perhaps the most crucial: vandalism protection! The Samsung OH55A-S has an IK10* rated, hardened cover glass. IK10 impact resistance is one of 12 strength classes in the standard. The classes are categorised from IK00, the lowest class, to IK10+, the highest classification. IK10 corresponds to an impact resistance of 20 joules or the fall of an element weighing 5 kg from a height of 40 cm. The resistant safety glass means that the displays are perfectly protected against vandalism. To enable you to create and publish your digital signage content quickly and efficiently, the OH55A-S offers an integrated Samsung MagicInfo solution. You can access the MagicInfo software on your display via LAN. You can easily store your self-created content on the 8 GB internal memory (4.12 available) of the Samsung OH55A-S and create, manage and play it via the integrated media player. You can even set up schedules without an external device so that your content is always played at the specified time and the display switches off again automatically according to your specifications. MagicInfo Lite is available free of charge. However, with the professional MagicInfo Premium licence, which is subject to a charge, you can increase the performance and variety even further. Thanks to the connection to MagicInfo, the display can be monitored and adjusted remotely at any time, and a planned firmware update can also be installed at any time. The embedded MagicINFO Player S7, supported by the powerful TIZEN 5.0 operating system, increases the overall performance of the display, enables perfect content management and ensures smooth operation of your outdoor display. Thanks to the improved 3D graphics engine, you can play several videos at the same time without seeing any stuttering in the video. No external PC is required for all this. Everything you need is right on board. The Tizen OS web interface has a user-friendly design and is intuitive to use.

The Knox security platform is integrated into Samsung devices and secures them from the moment they are unpacked and switched on. The OH55A-S is protected by Knox, with multi-layered hardware and software security features that are always enabled. The Knox platform contains overarching defence and security mechanisms that protect your data from intruders, malware and malicious threats.

With the help of all these great features, your adverts are displayed in the right place and to the right group of people at the best possible quality at all times. You can feed content to the OH55A-S either via MagicInfo or via external media players and computers. There are 2 x HDMI with HDCP 2.2 and a USB input available for external playback devices. You can connect external speakers via the 3.5 mm jack connection, as there are no speakers in the OH55A-S. Incidentally, the connections are of course not accessible to everyone, but are hidden and closed behind a cover.

The Samsung OH55A-S can be mounted flexibly and easily in both landscape and portrait format (landscape and portrait mode) and has a VESA standard of 1200 x 400 mm, so you are guaranteed to find a suitable mount for every application.
