The Panasonic TY-WP2BC1 USB-C transmitter is part of the PressIT presentation system, which is an elegant solution for collaboration in the meeting room. You can easily share your screen content with your colleagues at the touch of a button and even start presentations from your seat. Up to 32 devices can be connected at the same time. Endless tangled cables are a thing of the past! In addition to the two transmitters with USB-C connection, also includes a box for neatly storing the transmitters.
Setting up the transmitter is very easy. You don't need to install any special software (except the corresponding app for Android devices) on your device. To connect your devices to the PressIT presentation system, simply carry out the following steps:
1. Connect the Panasonic receiver box (optionally also available as a slot-in variant) to your display or projector by connecting via HDMI and USB. (The USB connection is used for the power supply)
2. Now connect the transmitter to your respective devices.
3. Now press the button on the transmitter and your content will be displayed.
In combination with the additionally available receiver, the transmitter offers you a number of functions that can be operated very intuitively. In multi mode, you can connect up to 32 transmitters in one room and also display up to 4 screen contents in full HD. The lock mode is particularly suitable for the education sector, but also for company presentations: you can activate this mode using the main button and thus avoid interruptions to the display of your content during presentations and lectures. To connect your mobile devices, you need a digital AV adapter from Apple for iOS devices; for Android devices, all you need to do is download a corresponding app.
PressIT delivers high-quality images and films. In addition to image compression, the hardware-supported image processing also enables decompression for Full HD resolution. For effective meetings, the video content of a presentation with additional 1080/60p support can be played back smoothly with minimal image delays. The transmitter has dual-band Wi-Fi functionality in the 5 GHz range and there is a peer-to-peer connection from the receiver to the transmitter with WPA2 encryption.
Please note: the PressIT TY-WP2BC1 transmitters are compatible with all displays and projectors.
