With the Nureva DUAL HDL300-W audio conferencing system, you can provide full audio room coverage even in large meeting and conference rooms. In this set, you get two HDL300-W audio conferencing speakers, which you operate in tandem to provide reliable voice coverage. This innovative and highly professional speaker system is designed for large rooms with more than 20 people. With up to 8192 virtual microphones per soundbar, this audio conferencing system reliably captures every person in a room, truly anywhere in the room, and always with consistent quality. Nureva Mist Technology Standard Beamforming Technology

We have already mentioned the Nureva Mist technology and at this point we would like to introduce it to you again. The patented technology fills every room with thousands of virtual microphones, so that with the DUAL HDL200-B set, everyone can be heard perfectly anywhere in a room up to 9.1 x 15.2 metres. A virtual microphone is an individual 'pick-up point' created when two or more physical microphones work together to focus their sound pick-up on a specific area. Mist technology listens to each virtual microphone simultaneously and optimises each microphone for a natural listening experience. Mist technology therefore provides true and complete coverage of the entire room, whereas a conventional beamforming system can leave dead zones where people cannot be heard. This means that no matter how far away you sit in a room from the Nureva HDL300-W, you will always have one of the virtual microphones in your immediate vicinity. While with other systems it is often the case that the other person in the video conference can immediately hear that you are sitting far away, this is not the case with the Mist technology. Your counterpart cannot see how far away you are from the microphones, but always has the feeling that you are sitting directly in front of the microphones. With the active zone control, you can easily adjust the recording zone yourself, so you don't have to move or realign the microphones. Well-designed technology can be that simple. Since you get two Nureva HDL300-W in this set, you can provide perfect coverage even in large meeting and conference rooms, and the result is more than worth listening to.

We would like to explicitly emphasise the simplicity of this system during installation. It takes about 30 minutes per sound bar to install on a wall. Mount the two Nureva HDL300-W sound bars at a height of about 2.2m up to a maximum height of 3.0m, so that the system can unfold its full effect. A separate wall mount for the two sound bars is not required, as the pick-up is directly integrated into the HDL300-W speaker system. For the two speakers with microphones, you get a Connect Box and this is best mounted behind a display. The necessary wall bracket is included in the delivery. The two HDL300-W are then wired to this Connect Box via CAT cable and thus supplied with power, among other things. For the installation itself, you need a ladder, a drill, a spirit level, screws and dowels (not included in the scope of delivery). Once the installation is complete, all you need to do is connect the Nureva DUAL HDL300-W to a computer or, for example, to a Barco ClickShare CX system (both via USB cable) and set the DUAL HDL300-W as the default audio device, and you are ready to go. The Nureva system then captures and measures the room automatically and adjusts to changing room conditions fully automatically, even in the event of future changes. If you don't like the automatic calibration, you can always fine-tune the microphones manually using the remote control supplied.

Classic setup:

• The Nureva DUAL HDL300-W audio conferencing system provides sound and perfect speech capture
• A video conferencing camera of your choice
• A PC or MAC with USB connection
• Video conferencing software on the PC such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco Webex, Blue Jeans, GoToMeeting, Lifesize, etc.

Wireless setup for Bring Your Own Device:

• The Nureva DUAL HDL300-W audio conferencing system provides sound and perfect speech capture
• A video conferencing camera of your choice
• Barco ClickShare CX system (we recommend the CX-30 or CX-50). The Nureva DUAL HDL300-W is Certified for ClickShare Conference and is therefore fully supported.
• Video conferencing software on the PC such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco Webex, Blue Jeans, GoToMeeting, Lifesize, etc.

Initial setup of the Nureva DUAL HDL300-W and Barco ClickShare CX system:

1. Connect PoE cable to DUAL HDL300-W and Connect Box
2. Connect the power cable to the Connect Box
3. Connect the laptop to the Connect Box using the supplied USB-A to USB-B cable
4. Download and run the Nureva Console Software
5. Run setup of HDL300-W according to instructions - Check firmware and install if necessary
6. Perform quick calibration
7. Exit Nureva Console software and remove laptop from Connect Box
8. Connect the USB-A cable of the ClickShare CX system to the USB-B port of the Connect Box
9. Connect the video conferencing camera via USB-C to the Barco ClickShare CX system
10. Connect the display via HDMI to the Barco ClickShare CX system
11. Plug the ClickShare Button into the notebook and connect with one click
