At 50 inches, the Board 50 is perfect for small meeting and huddle rooms. It displays images and videos in 4K resolution (3840x2160 pixels). The capacitive panel itself has an anti-reflective surface, ensuring a brilliant and clearly recognisable image even in very bright rooms. The display also has an anti-fingerprint coating that prevents fingerprints as far as possible. Nothing else can harm the Neat Board 50 so quickly either, as it has a glass hardness of 7H. Thanks to an ambient sensor, the brightness of the display adjusts to the brightness of the room at all times, protecting the eyes of meeting participants and reducing power consumption at the same time. The display itself offers a high viewing angle stability. This means that colours and contrasts are largely retained even if the viewing angle on the 50-inch board is unfavourable. With the help of a presence sensor, the board recognises when participants enter the room and is automatically woken up from power-saving mode. Of course, the Board 50 also recognises when no one is present and then automatically switches to energy-saving mode. The display itself can only be used in landscape format, which is the most common format for standard meetings and video conferences. The interactive screen is a touch display with a capacitive touch function and therefore a touch control and feel similar to that of a smartphone. You can use your fingers or the active pen to write and draw on the device and freely express your creativity. The ideal solution not only for artists, but also for lively brainstorming sessions. A magnetic holder on the board ensures that the pen is always to hand.

The Board 50's integrated camera has a resolution of 50 megapixels. This allows you to see yourself and your meeting participants in top quality on the display. The camera itself has a viewing angle of 113° and is equipped with an integrated 4x digital zoom. This means that up to 10 participants can be captured by the camera. This is more than sufficient for huddle rooms or small meeting and conference rooms. The integrated artificial intelligence (AI) ensures automatic white balance and automatic colour correction so that perfect images are always delivered, even in poor lighting conditions in the room. In addition, the integrated camera can follow the speaker. This means you are always perfectly focussed during a meeting.

Neat Symmetry technology now also recognises several participants in a room and can display them as individual people on the screen. They always remain the same size. Even if one participant moves, the camera follows them for a short distance, while the other participants remain unchanged in the picture. This means that your dialogue partner always has the impression that each participant is connected to a separate camera in the room. Neat Symmetry is indeed the perfect solution to provide an unrivalled meeting room experience, where your interlocutor can clearly see the gestures and facial expressions of every single person and does not have to stare into a large room with only a few participants. To ensure that your video conference partner understands you well and that speaker tracking works, 5 microphones have been integrated into the housing, which are able to perfectly capture and recognise speakers from a distance of up to 5 metres. Disturbing background noise is always reduced to a minimum. Speaking of speaking: The 50-inch display naturally also has built-in speakers that ensure great sound, even when playing videos or music. The power of the built-in speakers is more than sufficient for small meeting and conference rooms.

The Neat Board 50 is designed for use in both Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms. You can easily decide which of the two video conferencing solutions you would like to use during the initial installation. You are guided through the installation process in a practical way and only need to connect the display to the Internet (either via a local area network (LAN) or WiFi). Within a few minutes you will be ready for your first video conference and the set-up is quick and easy, even for non-experts. If you decide to use a different provider at a later date, you can simply reset the device to its factory settings (factory reset) and start the set-up process again. The performance of the integrated PC is tailored to the needs of Zoom and MS Teams and additional resources are available for the future. The Neat Board is constantly being further developed. Improvements are made available via firmware updates. The Neat Board 50 is equipped with fast WiFi 6 and therefore offers fast and stable transmissions. Of course, a Bluetooth connection is also possible.

Neat App Hub: Neat App Hub is a ground-breaking platform that connects all the important applications you rely on in your daily work directly to your Neat devices. Use pre-installed apps directly via the Neat Board 50, including Google Maps, Youtube, Browser, Youtube Music, Miro and Trello, to name but a few. The App Hub is open to third-party providers and is constantly being expanded to include new apps and providers. The App Hub also allows you to integrate your own company-specific apps into Neat devices, offering maximum flexibility. Device administrators can simply upload their own app to Neat Pulse by entering the name and URL of the app. Neat Pulse then adds it to the list of available applications and it can be used via the Neat Board 50. All without an external PC.

Sensors:  The environmental sensors integrated in Neat Board 50 monitor the air quality in your meeting room and help you to ensure the health and safety of your employees. Monitoring and reporting of humidity, temperature,_CO2(-equivalent) and VOC (volatile organic compounds) is available once activated in the Zoom portal. As of today, these sensors can only be used in Zoom, but an implementation with Microsoft Teams is being worked on.

Active pen: The Neat Board 50 comes with a Neat Active Marker (pen) that allows you to write, mark or sketch accurately and reliably, just as you would when writing on a sheet of paper. Add a personal touch to your creative workshops or presentations. The pen does not need to be paired or charged and is the perfect alternative to the frequently used finger control.

Combine the Neat Pad as a console with the Neat Board 50:  If you want to use the optionally available Neat Pad you can configure it as a controller (control panel) as a controller (control panel).
