nsign.tv is a platform that enables you to publish audiovisual content on all types of end devices. With nsign.tv, the world of digital signage is open to you, regardless of manufacturer and end device. To manage a screen via nsign.tv, you always need a valid licence. The nsign Basic licence for Android, Windows and Linux devices has a term of 5 years and is ideal for small companies that only need to manage a few devices and make do with 2 GB of cloud storage. One licence is always required per device that is to be used with nsign.tv. The nsign Basic licence for Android, Windows and Linux devices has a limit of 10 licences. From the 11th device, an upgrade to nsign Entry licences is therefore necessary, which then offer significantly more functions and storage space.

The Basic licence is a one-off payment for 5 years and no further costs are incurred during this period. The Basic licence allows the display of max. 4K content and is also equipped with the Pro feature "Synchro Effect Wow". In the Basic version, it is not possible to set a split screen, i.e. content can only be displayed in full screen mode. Splitting the screen, e.g. to display several contents simultaneously on one screen, is only possible from the Entry licence upwards. The Basic licence includes one user and nsign.tv support is only available by e-mail.

This nsign Basic licence is suitable for the following signage operating systems and can then be used natively, i.e. without external hardware, with these manufacturers: Android, Windows and Linux devices.

The Basic licence for Android, Windows and Linux devices also includes email support and access to the nsign Academy. The nsign Academy offers further information, tutorials and webinars in 12 languages. Displays for which no compatibility information is provided can alternatively be retrofitted with the nsign.tv Android Player and then managed via the nsign.tv platform. • You can store all your multimedia content on a single platform, organise it and create a folder system adapted to your needs and even create an expiry date for it. 
• You have the option of creating and customising your playlists*: Create your own designs or choose from various templates for layouts to give your channels the necessary dynamism. In addition, the resolution of your content can be adapted to any size to cover all types of display, be it an LED display, a stretch display, video walls or similar.

• nsign licences are based on the number of devices / licences you want to use with the professional content management software. The Basic and Entry licences differ significantly in terms of functionality and performance and are both entry-level solutions. The Advanced and Pro licences are identical to the Entry version in terms of functionality, differing only in terms of storage space and the maximum number of licences that can be used. 
• The Basic licence is the cheapest entry-level solution. Despite its reduced scope, the nsign Basic licence allows you to take your first steps into the world of digital advertising with a term of 5 years. One Basic licence is required per display/screen. You can use a maximum of 10 Basic licences before you need to upgrade to the Entry version.
• The category above the Basic category is the Entry category, which significantly extends the scope of the Basic category. With the Entry licence, you already get 10 GB of cloud storage, complete and shared playlists, the display of images, videos in 8K, audio, HTML5, RRSS, Synchro and WoW effects, social widgets and much more. In contrast to the Basic category, the Entry category also offers the option of performing basic BI analyses and interacting with the IoT. Furthermore, this category offers an unlimited number of users. In addition to email support, telephone support and a ticket system are also available. The Entry version also requires one licence per screen/display. From the entry version onwards, all nsign licences have a term of 1 year and a cancellation period of 30 days. • Once you have 26 licences, you can upgrade to the Advance licence. This extends the scope of the Entry licence and then offers a package of 20 GB of cloud storage and up to 99 usable licences. 
• If you require 100 or more licences, you will need to upgrade to the Pro licence, which increases the maximum cloud storage to 50 GB and allows you to use up to 999 licences. 
• For more than 1000 licences, nsign offers you a customised model with the Pro+ licence. Please contact us if you would like to use more than 1000 licences.
  
  
  While the Basic licence can only be purchased with a term of 5 years, all other licences are only valid for one year. At the end of the licence term, all licences are automatically renewed. The cancellation period for all licences is 30 days to the end of the term.

You cannot start with the Advanced or Pro licence if you only have 15 devices/licences in use. These two licences are only possible from 26 (Advanced) or 100 licences (Pro).
