The Yealink UVC40-BYOD Meeting Kit is designed for small rooms and huddle rooms: UVC40-Room 4K camera, with a 20 MegaPixel and 133° wide angle lens, and the BYOD box provide an excellent audio and video experience. A CAT5e cable is all that is needed to connect the display area and the conference table area and to realise data transmission and power supply. This not only greatly simplifies installation, but also reduces the cost of mounting. The UVC40-BYOD meeting kit is not only plug-and-play, but also gives you the feel of holding all kinds of UC meetings, including Teams, Skype for Business, Zoom, etc. The Yealink UVC40-BYOD kit consists of the following components:
The Yealink UVC40 video bar is an all-in-one solution as it integrates both a high-quality AI-powered 20-megapixel camera, microphone arrays and speakers into a single device to create an elegantly designed audio-video meeting endpoint. With USB plug-and-play capability, built-in Wi-Fi module and wide applicability with popular video conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, but also BlueJeans / Google Meet / Cisco Webex / GoToMeeting /Yealink Meeting possible), the UVC40 video bar elegant device is easy to use.
Thanks to AI technology, the UVC40 not only supports the automatic framing of groups according to the number and position of participants, but also the automatic zooming of the speaker without adjusting the camera, allowing participants to focus more on the conference. Auto framing, in combination with the 120° wide-angle lens, allows the number and position of participants to be detected, smoothly moving participants into the best view even in small rooms. Using speaker tracking technology, the camera identifies the person who is speaking. In addition, the camera automatically zooms in on the person who is speaking.
8 MEMS microphone arrays make UVC40 have stronger noise immunity and reverberation capability. The new improved beamforming algorithm, together with acoustic echo cancellation processing technology and dereverberation, brings high-quality full-duplex calls and realises more accurate voice recording. In addition, the Yealink UVC40-BYOD has an electric lens cap that gives you more privacy protection. It can be turned on or off automatically depending on the meeting status. So when a meeting ends, the shutter closes automatically.
To get started, simply connect the UVC40 camera to the BYOD box. With the simple Plug & Play setup, you can connect the Type-C cable to your laptop without installing additional drivers and save time for your big ideas. The Yealink UVC40-BYOD supports the Yealink Device Management Platform/Cloud Service. You can remotely manage, monitor, configure, update and diagnose all Yealink audio and video devices and peripherals on this platform. A dream for every IT department and those who have no need for this solution are not forced to do so by the manufacturer.
