The Yealink UVC30-CP900-BYOD Meeting Kit is designed for small rooms and huddle rooms: UVC30-Room 4K camera, CP900 portable speakerphone and the BYOD box provide an excellent audio and video experience. A CAT5e cable is all that is needed to connect the display area and the conference table area and to implement data transmission and power supply. The Yealink UVC30-Room USB Camera is an Ultra HD camera with 3x optical zoon and E-PTZ function. With the Yealink camera control plugin and camera presets, electronic pan, tilt and zoom can be easily performed in one step. The UVC30 room camera is based on the standard UVC protocol and is compatible with most UC platforms, including Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business, Zoom, etc. The wide 120-degree field of view ensures that every participant seated at the table is visible during a meeting, which is also ideal for small meeting rooms. Based on the integrated face recognition, the UVC30-Room is able to automatically and correctly frame people present in the room. With the API available, you can use statistical data of the people in the meeting room for accurate analysis, such as room occupancy. Thanks to the flexible clip, you can mount the UVC30-Room wherever it works best, whether on top of the monitor, underneath the monitor or simply attached to the wall. The UVC30-Room Edition used here is therefore suitable for small meeting rooms and delivers excellent results here.

The Yealink CP900 speakerphone guarantees you a stable audio experience in full duplex quality, so that participants at both ends of the line sound optimal. The CP900 features HD voice output and 6-beamforming microphones positioned around the base to pick up sound from any direction in 360 degrees, so participants don't have to crowd around the speakerphone when talking, allowing them to converse naturally in an immersive, flexible environment. Thanks to Yealink Noise Proof technology and echo cancellation technology, your conversations sound natural while reducing background noise and reverberation. Yealink's Microsoft Teams speakerphone is well integrated with Microsoft Teams and has a dedicated Microsoft Teams icon for accessing Microsoft Teams features. The CP900 has a lightweight design, is not too large and is compact enough to carry in the included carrying case.
