The Yealink MB65-A001 Collaboration MeetingBoard is a 65-inch video conferencing display certified for Microsoft Teams and Zoom. The interactive all-in-one display enables powerful digital collaboration. It combines all the necessary components in one device: the computer unit, the 65-inch touchscreen collaboration display, the 4K camera, microphone arrays, speakers and the native Microsoft Teams experience. The MeetingBoard is equipped with an Android 10 operating system and has an internal memory of 64 GB (of which 40 GB are freely available). You can integrate the Yealink Board into your existing infrastructure at any time via a Windows OPS-PC . Discover how easy video conferencing and whiteboard collaboration can be. Yealink Teams room solutions are fully integrated with Microsoft Teams, including the Yealink MeetingBoard MB65-A001. This way you get a complete hardware package that includes everything you need to set up a native Microsoft Teams meeting room. The MeetingBoard is easy to use and the video and audio quality is first class. Both wireless and wired connections are possible at any time with the MeetingBoard from Yealink. With the WPP30 Presentation Pod yealink offers a USB dongle that enables true plug-and-play without software installation. BYOD not only provides an instant environment to collaborate and communicate, but also always promotes productivity.
Let's take a closer look at the individual features of the Yealink MeetingBoard: The responsive MB65-A001 has 20 touch points, works with IR touch technology and can be operated by hand or pen. It offers innovative features such as Premium Inking, where - no matter if you write with the pen, your finger or the palm of your hand - you always get a smooth and almost real writing and colouring like on paper. Because the MB65-A001 is a Microsoft Teams whiteboard, the cloud application allows all participants to join a meeting and collaborate from anywhere. Using the collaborative diagram, productivity templates and other key components, participants can efficiently bring together their innovative ideas.
The MB65-A001 also features a built-in 4K camera equipped with AI technology. The built-in camera is an ultra HD camera with 8 megapixels, 4x e-PTZ function and Sony Image Sensor. The large diagonal field of view of 120 degrees ensures that every participant at the table can be seen during a meeting. This is ideal for meeting rooms. For an even better meeting experience, the Ki-driven Auto Framing, Speaker Tracking, PiP and Multi-Person Feed functions are available. The 4K camera's Auto Framing feature automatically detects how many people are in a meeting and where they are located, and easily frames each person for optimal viewing in the room. Speaker Tracking provides a close-up view of the presenter or the person speaking in real time, ensuring a vivid face-to-face experience and good engagement of all participants. Based on the Speaker Tracking function, you as a user can also switch to Picture-in-Picture mode at the beginning of the meeting. In this mode, the respective speaker is displayed in a separate window from the main picture in a kind of panorama view. This allows the audience to follow who is speaking. To protect privacy, the MB65-A001 is the first of its kind to have an electronic iris. If the integrated camera is not enough for you, you can always purchase one of the two PTZ extension cameras from Yealink. These feature motorised control and are designed for larger numbers of participants.
Not only see: Listen too: The MeetingBoard MB65-A001 is equipped with 16 MEMS beamforming microphones as well as 4 wideband speakers and 2 tweeters. So all meeting participants hear everything as if they were sitting opposite each other. With a range of up to 8 metres, the MB65-A001 provides a full-duplex HD stereo audio experience. In addition, the independent audio processor combined with the Yealink AI-based noise cancellation algorithm ensures perfect speech intelligibility - even in open spaces. Strong background noise and reverberating voices are suppressed for an optimal sound result.
The MB65-A001 is suitable for wall mounting or mobile use with the MB-FloorStand-650 . Furthermore, you can also upgrade the Yealink MB65-A001 and combine it with optional accessories to set up a large meeting room. If you want to use the MeetingBoard in a large meeting room, Yealink has the right solution: 65-inch displays are designed for small to medium-sized meeting rooms. In a large room, the display area would usually be too small, which would then lead to problems. With Yealink, two 65" MeetingBoards can easily be "merged" into one large screen. Theoptionally available wireless extension microphones VCM36also ensure good speech intelligibility with a large number of participants. Furthermore, the optionally available Yealink MeetingBoard camera MB-Camera-6X and MB-Camera-12X can be attached to the board. This creates an intelligent two-camera system where no participant is left out of the picture. To control the MeetingBoard easily from the table, there is a matching Touch Console. For room reservations in front of the room, the Yealink Room Panel can bepurchased. It is a well-rounded solution that Yealink offers here with the 65 inch MeetingBoard, which provides a true ecosystem that is easy to operate at any time and can be fully adapted to your wishes and requirements.
