The Vuelogic VB300 is an all-in-one video soundbar with bring-your-own-meeting (BYOM) and bring-your-own-device (BYOD) functionality for medium-sized meeting and conference rooms. With an integrated Ultra HD camera, 4-way microphone array with a range of up to 8 metres and 2 x 5 watt loudspeakers with bass boost, medium-sized meeting rooms are ready for video conferencing in no time at all. The camera image always adapts to the participants and focuses on the speaker thanks to the autoframe, speaker and present tracking function. A wired screen presentation can be realised via USB-C (with PD) and HDMI. However, the camera also offers a wireless BYOD/BYOM function for Windows, Airplay and Miracast or alternatively via an optional USB-C dongle for guests. The integrated split screen function allows up to 2 participants to present simultaneously on one screen.
The Vuelogic VB300 can be quickly connected to a PC or a BYOM presentation solution via a single USB-C cable. Administrators can access a powerful web UI and make important settings remotely. However, a customised start screen and WiFi/WAP settings can also be defined. Firmware updates can also be carried out conveniently from a central location. This means that the video soundbar can be perfectly customised for any application and network environment. Thanks to the versatile setting options, you can customise the camera to your needs regardless of the configuration of your conference room.
The integrated camera has a resolution of 4K at 30 Hz and Full HD at 60 Hz. It has an ePTZ function and a 5x zoom that allows you to customise the image to your needs. The viewing angle of the VB300 captures people at a 120° angle. The VB300 is generally recommended for use with 2 to 10 people.
The video soundbar has 4 digital MEMS microphone arrays inside. These have a range of 5 to 8 metres and a detection range of 180 degrees. Naturally, AEC (acoustic echo cancellation), AGC (automatic gain control) and ANS (automatic noise suppression) are also on board. This enables effective cancellation and suppression of background noise or reverberation, even in full-duplex operation. One advantage of the VB300 is the option of connecting up to 3 external Vuelogic MIC100 to the system. This makes it possible to ensure better speech intelligibility in larger rooms. In this case, the MIC100s are connected to the VB300 by cable and connected in series.
The VB300 can simply be placed on a sideboard or table. It can also be fixed to the wall. A wall bracket and the necessary mounting materials are included in the scope of delivery.
Let's come back to BYOD and BYOM. BYOD has become standard in most meeting rooms today. Participants can take their end device (smartphone, laptop, tablet) into the conference room and share their screen wirelessly via Windows, Android and Apple devices. And all without having to install an app or use a dongle. The prerequisite for this is that all devices are on the same network. In many companies, however, guests do not have access to the company network Vuelogic DGL100 USB-C dongle is just right. You don't even need to install a driver. Simply plug in the dongle and you're ready to go. A word about BYOM: With BYOM, you can not only mirror content wirelessly, but the device you bring to the meeting also has access to the VB-300 camera, speakers and microphones. Meeting participants are therefore able to start video conferencing software such as Zoom or MS Teams on their laptop and use the technology available in the room as a video, sound and microphone source. This not only saves time, but also makes every meeting much easier.
The Video Sound Bar can be controlled both via the aforementioned web user interface and via the remote control included in the scope of delivery.
The Vuelogic VB300 Video Sound Bar is a high-quality solution for professional video conferencing for medium-sized meeting rooms. The 2 x 5 watt speakers with bass boost are not only optimised for speech reproduction, but also impress when playing music. The plug & play connection via a USB-C cable makes installation much easier. BYOD and BYOM are very popular in many conference rooms, as meeting participants can be actively involved in the transmission. A camera that supports both functionalities saves additional purchases and investments.
