As already mentioned, the EP5542 has a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels and displays your advertising content in brilliant UHD quality. The 4K resolution offers the advantage that images can be displayed in even greater detail and finer detail. In addition, visitors see a significantly better image, even at a short distance, which could never be realised in comparison to Full HD resolutions. The brightness of 400 ^cd/m2 and the contrast ratio of 1300:1 complete the excellent picture experience. Even in bright environments, your content can be easily recognised thanks to an anti-glare coating, without any large reflections.

With the EP5542's scratch-resistant surface, the ePoster is quite suitable for harsher environments where you would expect scratches and scuffs. With the EP5542, you get an all-in-one solution because the ViewSonic® EMBEDDED Signage Platform (VESP) makes it easy for you to install and maintain the ePoster. VESP is a Linux-based kernel operating system that eliminates the need for external devices to communicate with the server or play digital media. You benefit from simplified development, enhanced functionality with multiple web formats and secure protection. The ePoster also features a powerful quad-core media player with Android 8 operating system and 2GB of storage space, allowing you to quickly and easily store your signage content on the player.

Another practical feature of the ePoster is a device on the back of the unit that can accommodate a PC or an additionally mounted media player. A lockable door keeps your devices safe and out of sight. In addition, the EP5542 has an integrated power supply, so there is no need to find alternative sockets for additional equipment. Using an RS232 or RJ45 connection, you can establish a connection between a PC/laptop and the digital billboard. You can easily switch the ePoster on and off remotely, adjust the volume or make and manage other settings. You switch on the EP5542 from 8 a.m. in the morning and switch it off again around 8 p.m. in the evening. You can also easily display your photos, music or even 4K videos directly on the screen via the USB port. Just plug in your USB storage device and you're ready to go.
