The Sony FW-55BZ35L boasts 550cd/m2 brightness for clear and expressive content. The wide 178° viewing angle ensures everyone in the room can enjoy clear, bright images no matter where they are. In addition to ultra-high 4K resolution at 3840 x 2160 pixels, the FW-55BZ35L is also equipped with 4K HDR Processor X1TM. With object-based HDR remastering and 4K HDR technology, the new 4K HDR Processor X1TM reproduces more depth, textures and natural colours. That is, the powerful 4K HDR Processor X1TM improves the contrast, clarity and colour of your images to the highest level, through intelligent upscaling and noise reduction. This individually enhances colours and optimises the dynamic range of contrast, frame by frame. Supported by the 4K HDR Processor X1TM, TRILUMINOS PRO technology reproduces a wider colour palette with improved hue and saturation range, so natural shading and precise detail are visible even in dark scenes. This gives your images, videos and files vibrant hues and realistic texture. In addition, 4K X-Reality PRO technology optimises your images so they closely resemble true 4K quality. They are sharper refined in real time and show additional detail from lower resolution sources.
Smooth video without interruption
X-Motion Clarity provides smoother, more natural playback of fast-moving images on screen. On some displays, sports and fast-action scenes often seem blurry. X-Motion ClarityTM technology keeps everything smooth, bright and clear. Each "blink" is individually controlled and its duration optimised, while the brightness is increased as needed so you don't miss a thing. The Sony BRAVIA FW-55BZ35L is designed for faster, easier and more flexible installation in retail, corporate and educational environments. The Sony FW-55BZ35L can be installed in portrait or landscape orientation. For even more flexibility, the display also has the option to be tilted at an angle. With a standard VESA of 300 x 300 mm, you are extremely flexible in the range of possible mounts. The FW-55BZ35L already comes with a wall-mounting adaptor, which gives you even more flexibility to centre the display in portrait or landscape orientation.
Get started faster
With the Sony FW-55BZ35L, you no longer have to despair over the picture settings right at the start. After setting up the FW-55BZ35L, switch on the display and get impressive results without any fuss. Simply use the one-step set-up with presets such as for meeting rooms, vivid signage or natural signage and graphics that match your environment. Select a preset and the Sony BRAVIA configures picture mode, input, control settings.
Special settings for professional use
The FW-55BZ35L can also be controlled in a variety of ways: For this, use either an IP network (RJ45 and WiFi) or the RS-232C connection, allowing you to schedule on/off times, disable input and remote control functions, remove labels and lock buttons to prevent tampering when the screen is used in public spaces. Easily customise display settings, save them and copy them from display to display using a USB stick. This makes work even more intuitive and easy, and the FW-55BZ35L can be customised to meet the exact requirements of corporate or retail environments.
Digital signage is that simple
The FW-55BZ35L's built-in HTML5 support makes it easy to produce compelling digital signage content. Combine graphics, text, video and live web content to create engaging content in minutes without the need for additional hardware, such as a media player, PC or set-top box, or special training. With the easy-to-use apps, content from PCs and tablets can be shared with ease. The Sony FW-55BZ35L includes built-in BRAVIA Signage Free (BSF) software that automatically maps HTML content, videos and photos when a USB stick is inserted into the BRAVIA. With the right hardware performance, you can also seamlessly integrate the latest leading automation and control platforms and open APIs (Application Programming Interface).
Android OS and large 32GB internal memory
The Sony FW-55BZ35L is equipped with Android TV. Android TV is an operating system designed specifically for smart TVs and displays. It offers a user-friendly interface and a wide range of features and apps to enhance your entertainment experience. In the process, you have seamless integration with Google services, including Google Assistant and Google Play Store, as well as access to a huge library of apps, games and streaming services. The Sony FW-55BZ35L has 32GB of internal memory. It's often the case with some other displays that the operating system eats up a lot of storage space already - not here. The FW-55BZ35L offers double the internal storage instead of 16GB to store apps, photos, videos and digital signage. Especially if you want to use the video conferencing option: Download Google Meet from the Google Play Store and pair the FW-55BZ35L with a compatible webcam for easy video meetings.
Wireless screen monitoring and easy multiple screen setup
Stream your content wirelessly with built-in support for Apple AirPlay and Google Chromecast, and use the included Wi-Fi connection. Breathe a sigh of relief for all Apple users: with Apple AirPlay2, you can easily stream video and sound from an iPhone, iPad or Mac to the FW-55BZ35L display. Want to configure multiple screens for large display applications? Then Sony has the solution for you: with the MDS (Multi Display Setting) app, you can create stunning video walls with multiple displays arranged like tiles.
Connectivity
You have four HDMI connections (HDCP 2.3) for connecting external source devices, as well as a composite video input and two USB connections. For the right sound, two down-firing speakers with 10 watts each have been installed. You can also connect external headphones.
Sony offers a 3-year warranty on the FW-55BZ35L, which you can optionally extend by 2 years.
