The Sonic Shock 5 is a high-quality theft alarm. It protects your valuable equipment such as beamers, computers, monitors, screens and other devices. The system works like a car alarm. As soon as a thief tries to steal your device, a 117 dB loud alarm sounds and he cannot get rid of it. The moment the device is removed and the sensor cable is cut or severed in the process, the theft alarm is activated. The Sonic Shock 5 theft alarm is made of High Grade hardened and welded stainless steel and is therefore safely protected against vandalism.
The Sonic Shock 5 is not equipped with a motion sensor so that false alarms are excluded. The triggered alarm remains active for a period of two hours unless the alarm is switched off with the key beforehand.
The Sonic Shock theft alarm can be mounted on any device with a free area of just 50x97mm. A base plate is glued to the unit with the strongest adhesive in the world (the adhesive is not included). You can order the 2-component adhesive at any time here . No drilling is required on the device and the warranty claim against the manufacturer of the device (display, beamer, monitor, notebook, computer or TV) remains intact. The Sonic Shock 5 itself is then pushed onto the base plate and secured with the lock. You then attach the supplied loop cable to a suitable stand, wall mount or column and connect the Sonic Shock to the sensor on the loop using the supplied sensor cable. If the sling cable is not the right solution for you because you want to secure your device to the wall, on the floor or on a table, the optionally available anchor point is the perfect solution.
The Sonic Shock 5 is a maintenance-free device. The anti-theft alarm system does not give you any more work once it has been installed and activated. The service life of the built-in battery far exceeds the service life of the Sonic Shock 5 under normal conditions. When the alarm is activated, the capacity of the battery is sufficient to let the alarm sound for a duration of 2 hours. The Sonic Shock 5 is designed for indoor use only and should only be used in ambient conditions between 0 and 45 degrees Celsius.
Protect your valuable display or beamer safely and reliably from theft with the Sonic Shock 5, e.g. at trade fairs, in schools or in public places. If you have several Sonic Shock systems in use, the manufacturer has the option of setting all locks to one key. This option is particularly helpful for caretakers in schools or security services at trade fairs. Because then all monitored Sonic Shock 5 can be operated with only one key. The 2-component adhesive is not included in the scope of delivery. It must be ordered separately. One package of component glue is sufficient for mounting up to 6 Sonic Shock 5.
