The most important feature of video wall displays is the installation of multiple devices on one wall: Each Samsung VM55C-E display has a VESA mount of 600 x 400 mm, so you can use any mount that is compatible with this standard. You need to pay attention to two aspects: Firstly, the VESA standard and secondly, the maximum load capacity of the mount (display weight for the VM55C-E: 19.5 kg). With the right mount, installation is then very easy. Thanks to its narrow depth of 7.04 cm, you can mount the display really close to the wall. The result: a clean and professional appearance, i.e. you save space and can enhance business premises with the high-quality design of the VM55C-E. For the installation of a 3x3 or larger video wall, we recommend a bracket with the option of fine adjustment and a pop-out function. This enables individual monitors to be replaced or repaired quickly. The defective device can simply be removed from the wall without having to dismantle it completely. In a 2x2 installation, for example, so-called menu boards are more suitable, where 2-5 displays are hung next to each other. In addition to the standard installation in landscape mode (landscape format), the displays can also be operated in portrait mode (portrait format). As already mentioned at the beginning, the VM55C-E video wall display has a narrow bar of just 1.74 mm. This gives you an excellent picture when combining several VM55C-E displays without any annoying, thick bars between the displays. Thick bars between the individual displays are more than counterproductive, especially if you want to display presentations or show tables and text on a large scale. The image is unattractively interrupted. With the VM55C-E, this negative feature is almost completely eliminated.

Samsung has carried out a comprehensive calibration so that you can use your video wall straight away. This factory calibration ensures that the brightness and colours on several displays are uniformly adjusted. Of course, the requirements for a video wall depend on the area of use and your personal preferences. However, Samsung also provides you with individual customisation options here: With the free smartphone solution Samsung Colour Expert Pro, even beginners can easily adjust the white balance of video walls up to 3x3 in size, and all without additional accessories. This allows you to recalibrate at low cost and display your content exactly as you want it. The Samsung VM55C-E is also designed for continuous use. This means you can use your video wall 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and present your products around the clock.

The image quality of the VM55C-E is impressive with a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, which can be expanded to a UHD image experience. With the daisy chain function, you can project Full HD content on up to 10x10 displays and UHD content on up to 5x5 displays with a refresh rate of 60 Hz via DisplayPort 1.2. You don't even need an external graphics card or UHD splitter for this. This box combines tools for information processing and content management in just one platform. What is particularly promising from our point of view is that you can use this box to connect not only Samsung devices, but also displays from other manufacturers. The Samsung Signage Player Box is equipped with MagicInfo Player Version S6. MagicInfo is a very comprehensive software that allows you, for example, to create different user groups, create schedules for presenting your content and remotely control the devices. The VM55C-E also impresses in rooms with normal lighting conditions, as it has a brightness of 500 cd/m². Displays for normal room brightness means that the room does not have any special requirements. It should therefore not be a room with a huge window front that is illuminated by the sun in summer and winter and brightens up the room massively. In a room with normal brightness, darkening is not desired. 90% of all meeting and conference rooms can be found in this area. The VM55B-R also has a DisplayPort 1.2 output for connecting the displays via daisy chain, RS232C input and output for controlling the display, an RJ45 connection for LAN connection and audio input and output (3.5 mm). An infrared receiver has also been integrated for flexible control of the display. The VM55C-E is dustproof (IP5X certification) and can therefore be used in a wide variety of areas without the need for additional housings.
