With the new VH55R-R full HD display from Samsung, you can realise the most sophisticated video walls. If you want a large advertising space for your content, you can connect several 55-inch displays together and get impressive picture quality and an almost seamless image: thanks to the extremely narrow bar of only 0.44 mm, you enjoy an incomparable viewing experience. This makes the VH55R-R suitable for a wide range of applications in retail, auditoriums, museums or even conference rooms. With a viewing angle of 178°, a clear picture is provided, which is an advantage for many viewers in large rooms. 700 cd/m² brightness and the glare-free panel also ensure better visibility, regardless of ambient light. The display, with a screen diagonal of 138.68 cm, also impresses with its convenient, mobile calibration and intuitive operation and can be used around the clock thanks to 24/7 runtime release. If you choose the VH55R-R, you get great cinema - in the truest sense of the word. And best of all: a lot of performance, little installation effort!
Let's start with the installation: every Samsung VH55R-R display has a VESA hole of 600x400 mm, which means you can use any bracket that is compatible with this standard. You can find suitable mounts in our shop. You must pay attention to two aspects: Firstly, the VESA standard and secondly, the maximum load capacity of the bracket (display weight VH55R-R: 16.8 kg). With the right bracket, mounting is very easy. You can mount the display close to the wall thanks to its slim depth of 6.9 cm, ensuring a clean and professional appearance. So you save space in the process and can enhance business premises with the high-quality design of the VH55R-R. For installation, we also recommend a bracket with the option of fine adjustment and with a pop-out function. This makes it possible to quickly replace or repair individual monitors. The defective unit can simply be removed from the wall without having to dismantle it completely. In addition to the standard installation in landscape format, the displays can also be operated in portrait mode. The content is rotated automatically.
The picture quality of the VH55R-R is convincing with a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, which can be extended to a UHD picture experience. With the daisy chain function, you can project UHD content on multiple screens (up to 5x5) via DisplayPort 1.2 and HDMI connections. You don't even need an external graphics card or UHD splitter for this. In addition, the VH55R-R also convinces in rooms with difficult lighting conditions and direct light irradiation, because it has a brightness of 700 cd/m². Furthermore, the glare-free panel guarantees a clear picture with brilliant colours without reflections. This means that the Samsung VH55R-R video wall displays can also be installed excellently in places with ceiling spotlights and do not have to reckon with a loss of content quality. At trade fairs or in the rental sector, for example, this offers an enormous advantage, because you remain flexible in terms of use, especially if it is difficult to assess the conditions on site beforehand. However, you can optimise the presentation of your content even further: With the help of the Picture Enhance Mode, you can adjust the colour saturation as well as the contrast ratio to get vivid and sharp images.
What Samsung is definitely setting new standards in this industry with is the extremely narrow bezel of only 0.44 mm. That's just 0.88 mm from frame to frame: so when you combine multiple VH55R-R displays, you get an excellent image without any annoying, thick ridges between the displays. This point is a huge plus for many businesses, as overly thick frames cause unsightly interruptions to the image during presentations or when displaying tables and text. With the VH55R-R, this negative feature is almost completely eliminated.
Now you have mounted your VH55R-R and know about the picture quality. In order for you to be able to use your video wall displays immediately, Samsung has carried out a comprehensive calibration. This factory calibration ensures that brightness and colours are uniformly adjusted on several displays. Advantage: You can use your Videowall immediately after switching it on for the first time. Of course, the requirements for a video wall depend on the area of use and your personal setting preferences. However, Samsung also provides you with individual customisation options here: With the free smartphone solution Samsung Color Expert Pro, even beginners can easily adjust the white balance of video walls up to 5x5 in size, and all without additional accessories. So you can recalibrate cost-effectively and display your content just the way you want it. The Samsung VH55R-R is also designed for continuous use. So you can use your video wall 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and present your products around the clock without hesitation.
If you would like to manage and create your content conveniently via a server, Samsung offers you the ideal solution with the optionally available Signage Player Box, which you can order from our shop. This box combines tools for information processing and content management in just one platform. What is particularly promising for us is that with this box you can no longer connect only Samsung devices, but also displays from other manufacturers. The Signage Player Box is equipped with the latest MagicInfo Player in version S6. MagicInfo is a very comprehensive software with which you can, for example, create different user groups, create schedules for the presentation of your content and carry out remote control of the devices. It also allows you to create your own advertising content or distribute content to the entire video wall in no time at all. Its areas of application are versatile: whether airport, lobby, museum or control room - the VH55R-R in combination with the Signage Player Box offers you individual and versatile presentation possibilities. In terms of connectivity, the VH55R-R has 1 DVI-D port, 1 DisplayPort 1.2 port for connecting displays via daisy chain, 1 USB port (for firmware updates only), 2 HDMI ports (HDCP 2.2), an RS-232C (In/Out) port for controlling the display as well as an RJ45 port for LAN connection and an audio input (3.5 mm).
