The Samsung OM55N-DSS 55 inch is already the second double-sided shop window display from Samsung and the successor to the Samsung OM55N-DS. The outdoor side has an enormous brightness of 3000 cd/m² and thus ensures a perfect display of content even in direct sunlight, while the indoor side is designed with a brightness of 1000 cd/m² for perfect visibility inside the shop. To adjust the luminosity, Samsung has integrated a sensor into the OM55N-DSS that ensures that the display brightness automatically adjusts to the lighting conditions. With a contrast ratio of 6000:1, the Samsung OM55N-DSS produces brilliant colours and deep blacks, ensuring that your advertising is reproduced in the best possible quality at all times. Thanks to the 178°/178° viewing angle, the reproduced content is clearly visible and readable from almost any viewing position. The 24/7 runtime release ensures that the display can run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without having to worry about losing the 36-month manufacturer's warranty.

The Samsung OM55N-DS uses a special technology within the panel that allows the displayed content to be seen clearly even through sunglasses. The 3000 cd/m² brightness of the outward-facing display, combined with the high contrast ratio, ensures that unsightly reflections that can be caused by the shop window are kept to a minimum. Of course, Samsung has also equipped the OM55N-DS with an integrated, powerful chipset that speeds up all processes and thus enables smooth playback and display of your content. The Tizen OS offers easy control of the screen and, thanks to the integrated media player with 8GB (4.12GB free) of memory, allows you to save content directly on the display and schedule playback times. Of course, the OM55N-DS can also be supplied with content using a USB stick via the two available USB 2.0 ports. You can integrate the display into your network via the RJ45 connection and load it with content using the Samsung MagicInfo server software. The Lite version of MagicInfo is free of charge for up to 25 displays and offers a wide range of functions. For example, you can divide your displays into different groups and then create different schedules on which the respective content is to be played. In the Premium version, it is then also possible to implement video walls and multi-content playback without any problems. Control of the display via MDC (Multi-Display-Control) can be realised via the RS232C input and output.
