The Samsung EM32DX is the first colour e-paper display from Samsung: it is an innovative 32-inch colour e-paper display that combines state-of-the-art technology with environmentally friendly design. The Samsung EM32DX Colour E-Paper uses E Ink's Spectra-6 technology with the widest colour spectrum currently available. Integrated battery with USB Type-C support: up to 200 days of battery life

The display has an integrated 4600 mAh battery that can be charged via USB-C. Thanks to the energy-efficient design, which consumes no power when static, the display can achieve an impressive battery life of up to 200 days with a single daily content change. The colour e-paper consumes virtually no power when displaying a static image and only around 10 watts when refreshing an image at . This can lead to a direct reduction in costs. With its long battery life, the display can also be positioned in places where there is no direct power connection. Especially in companies where sustainability and cost efficiency play an important role, products such as the colour e-paper represent a future-oriented solution. It saves printing costs and resources for new printed advertising materials. In addition, electricity costs are lower than for the operation of many other digital signage products. The display is equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functions for flexible and wireless connectivity. The Samsung EM32DX uses the latest E Ink Spectra-6 technology in combination with Samsung's advanced colour image algorithm. This technology enables a paper-like display quality with vivid colours and high legibility, efficiently replacing traditional printed promotional materials. The EM32DX uses an extended colour gamut that enables fuller and richer colours than previous generations. The EM32DX Colour E-Paper is controlled via the specially developed Samsung E-Paper app*. This is available for Android and iOS mobile devices. You can use it to conveniently control the display of your colour e-paper remotely, define switch-on and switch-off times and even create playlists with predefined intervals. Content can be created and managed via the user-friendly and intuitive Samsung VXT software.

Compatibility with Samsung VXT CMS 

The EM32DX is fully compatible with Samsung's cloud-based content management solution VXT CMS*. This integration enables seamless content creation, management and delivery across multiple displays and provides organisations with an efficient way to control their digital signage. The all-in-one CMS platform combines content creation and remote management functions in one system. With a function exclusive to the colour e-paper, high-quality content can be easily displayed. The presentation of the content on the display is optimised and the preview function enables the content and its colour presentation to be corrected. It is also possible to use several colour e-papers at the same time, whereby the management and display is carried out via VXT.

Compatibility with custom app (TEP)

Thanks to the Tizen Enterprise Platform (TEP), the Samsung EM32DX can be easily integrated into existing content management systems.
