The PureTools PT-C-HDSDI converts HDMI signals quickly and easily to 3G/HD-SDI in real time. The purely digital conversion from HDMI to SDI ensures loss-free conversion of the AV signals. To ensure that the signal can also be looped through, the device is equipped with one SDI input and one SDI output. Each adapter undergoes more than 10 quality tests before delivery.
Thanks to the option of manually setting the BNC outputs, the user is able to use the device as a loop system with several devices via the second BNC output. In this way, it is also possible to connect several converters in series: the image signal can be output on each device and the image signal can be looped through at the same time. In this way, even longer distances can be bridged without any problems. Ideal for daisy-chain or split applications.
With the PT-C-HDSDI HDMI to SDI converter , video and audio signals are transmitted digitally and without compression in the highest quality. HDMI signals with HDCP, 3D and DeepColor support are transmitted up to a resolution of FullHD (1920x1080). Digital audio signals are transmitted loss-free up to 7.1 HD (7.1 DTS-HD Master and Dolby TrueHD). This PureTools converter enables simple and fast conversion of an HDMI signal into two 3G/HD-SDI signals, whereby transmission over long distances is possible. With 3G-SDI, transmission is possible over a maximum distance of up to 90 metres, with HD-SDI up to 150 metres and with SD-SDI even up to 300 metres.
The robust steel housing with the option of installation in an AV rack simplifies immediate use on site, without delays for the installer and the customer. The lightweight housing with screwable power connection is also impressive.
