The Poly Sync 40+ Speakerphone offers impressive sound and speech intelligibility wherever it is needed. In today's world, meetings are often called spontaneously and the number of participants is often not known until the very end. The focus should always be on the experience and also the simplicity of a video conference. Long waiting times or complex procedures are out of place here. With the Poly Sync 40+ intelligent USB/Bluetooth conference speaker, users can get started right away. The system is self-explanatory, but provides excellent sound at all times - perfect for flexible workplaces. The Poly Sync 40+ is certified for seamless communication with Microsoft Teams.
Finally, a few technical facts: The Poly Sync 40+ has an integrated lithium-ion battery with 5000 mAh capacity. The maximum talk time is up to 30 hours. The Bluetooth speakerphone is charged in a maximum of 5 hours via the built-in USB-A connection. The BT600 Bluetooth adapter is included in the scope of delivery, with which you can also connect PCs wirelessly to the hands-free system without a cable. Three microphones and a powerful 50 mm loudspeaker have been integrated into the unit. Thanks to bass reflex with two passive membranes, the speaker is also suitable for music playback. The dimensions of the hands-free unit are 38x102x273 mm.

It goes without saying that echoes and background noise are effectively suppressed during meetings. Even when several users are speaking at the same time, the full-duplex audio transmission ensures a natural flow of conversation.
With the Poly Sync 40+, every video conference is a success. The Speakerphone is simply placed on the table and connected to a PC / notebook or e.g. a Microsoft Surface Hub 2S . The rest is child's play: the touch-sensitive keys are self-explanatory and illuminated. No training or instruction is required to operate the Sync 40+ during a meeting. Thanks to the integrated battery, which lasts up to 30 hours, there is no need to even connect a power source. IT also benefits from this speakerphone solution, as inventory and updates can be easily carried out via remote device management.
Another advantage is the ability to pair up to 2 Poly Sync 40+, which is very helpful for video conferencing in larger rooms. To put this into perspective, one Poly Sync 40+ is designed for rooms up to 5 x 5 m in size and offers a microphone range of up to 2.5 m. This means you can double the range. So you can double the range by pairing 2 Sync 40+ together.
