Most people are more familiar with e-paper displays from digital price tags or e-book readers. These digital price boards can be found in almost every modern retail shop. In principle, the 13.3 inch display is intended exclusively for image reproduction. Videos cannot be played on this display. The e-paper only really consumes power when you upload new images to the device. You can use a USB stick (not included) to upload content. Alternatively, this is also possible via a LAN or WiFi connection. The internal memory of 16GB offers enough space for numerous pictures.

Integrated SoC and third-party platforms

The Philips Tableaux has a built-in Android SoC (with Android 11). As already mentioned, content updates can be managed manually or remotely via PPDS' own or third-party platforms. The Philips e-paper display is also compatible with the cloud-based management platform PPDS Wave. 

Portrait or landscape format - you decide!

The Philips e-Paper Display can be mounted in either portrait or landscape format. The daily runtime release is 24/7 in both orientations, i.e. operation is guaranteed around the clock. The 13BDL4150IW/00 has a VESA mount in the size 100 x 100 mm. At 1.3 kg, the 13.3-inch display is a lightweight.
