The Optoma UHZ35ST is a compact True 4K UHD DuraCore short throw laser projector. The UHZ35ST projector is suitable for maintenance-free continuous operation and, with 3500 Ansi lumens, delivers a powerful image performance with flexible installation functions, all in a slim design. The built-in DuraCore laser technology is very energy efficient and ensures a long product life of up to 30,000 hours without the need for additional lamps. The UHZ35ST reduces power consumption by up to 45% compared to Optoma's lamp-based projectors, supporting the company's commitment to sustainability. The UHZ35ST also features an external power supply for added energy efficiency and installation versatility. The UHZ35ST offers superior contrast, accurate, true-to-life colour reproduction and supports both HDR10 and Hybrid Log Gamma (HLG) HDR content. You can also watch videos without delay thanks to the input lag, which is reduced to up to 4.4 ms (1080p 240 Hz) on the UHZ35ST. Use the UHZ35ST laser projector to project large images from a short distance. With its short throw lens, the projector can produce an image up to 100 inches in size from a distance of one metre. For added convenience, the projector has an RS232 port for monitoring and control and a built-in 15 watt speaker.
Optoma laser projector with DuraCore technologyThe
UHZ35ST laser projector uses high-quality laser technology to project the best possible image. In many situations, the perceived brightness of laser projectors can be twice that of a conventional lamp model. They also provide greater efficiency to ensure uniform brightness. In addition, the UHZ35ST offers superior colour performance, instant on/off and an exceptional lifespan of up to 30,000 hours. As the Optoma UHZ35ST laser projector is equipped with DuraCore technology, you get industry-leading runtimes as they utilise advanced laser diode cooling techniques and an innovative dust-resistant design. In fact, all Optoma projectors are designed for 24/7 use. The projector guarantee is based on standard use during a normal working day. For optimum performance, it is recommended to switch it off or into standby for 30 minutes every 24 hours to extend the lamp life.
True 4K UHD, HDR and HLG for stunning picture qualityThe
Optoma UHZ35ST laser projector features Ultra HD 4K resolution, delivering sharper, more lifelike images and richer colours - so you can sit closer to the screen and enjoy a more immersive experience. Optoma DLP projectors offer CTA (Consumer Technology Association) approved True 4K UHD resolution, allowing 8.3 million pixels to be projected onto the screen. That's four times more detail than Full HD and twice as much as competing technologies that only deliver 4.1 million pixels. The UHZ35ST projector combines the brightness of 3500 Ansi lumens with vibrant colours for a vivid, true-to-life image even in brightly lit environments. The Optoma UHZ35ST delivers impressively rich colours in any environment and for any content. The laser projectors work with the Rec.709 colour scheme, the international HDTV standard, to ensure accurate colour reproduction. The UHZ35ST also supports both HDR10 and Hybrid Log Gamma (HLG) HDR content, giving you much more detail and texture. Objects look more solid and lifelike and the extra detail creates a greater sense of depth. In addition, the Optoma UHZ35ST laser projector also offers you the ability to display content in 3D from virtually any 3D source. The Optoma UHZ35ST can also project images along the horizontal axis over 360 degrees.
Perfect image thanks to automatic keystone correction and focussing
The automatic keystone correction, also known as keystone correction, automatically adjusts the unwanted keystone effect. The UHZ35ST projector from Optoma has a vertical and horizontal keystone correction of +/-15° to align the image perfectly to the projection surface.

From accurate sRGB colours for true-to-life images to vibrant, impactful presentations. Optoma projectors have a display mode to suit your exact requirements. Perfect for a range of graphics and video presentations. Thanks to input lag, you can watch your videos without delay: Input lag in projectors refers to the time it takes for a projector to receive a signal and project the corresponding image onto the screen. With the UHZ35ST, input lag is reduced to up to 4.4 ms (1080p 240 Hz). Most films are shot at 24 frames per second (fps). Optoma projectors can recognise HD sources and display films at 24 fps as the director intended.
Network and controlThanks to
a wide range of control options, the Optoma UHZ35ST projector is easy to monitor and manage. Optoma projectors can be easily monitored and controlled with virtually any control system thanks to a wide range of RS232 commands. The Dynamic Discovery protocol built into the UHZ35ST allows easy installation with any AMX control system. With the compatible Crestron RoomView® software you can, for example, switch on and off, monitor and control up to 250 projectors simultaneously from any PC. For example, you can programme the switching on and off, control and adjustment of settings via a simple web browser. The option to send emergency messages or automatic lamp replacement reminders can also be programmed.
Connection options for the Optoma UHZ35STThe
following ports are available for the connectivity of the Optoma UHZ35ST: The two HDMI 2.0 ports allow you to connect laptops, for example, and project your content directly onto the big screen. Thanks to the dual HDMI inputs, you can easily connect your laptop, PC, Blu-ray player or media streamer with a single cable. By connecting an HDMI dongle such as Google Chromecast™, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV™ or Roku® stick, you can even turn the device into a smart projector. The short-throw projector has an integrated 15-watt speaker that can be supplemented with external speakers to further optimise the sound.
Energy-saving technology and lower carbon footprintWith
the Optoma UHZ35ST short-throw laser projector, you can reduce power consumption by up to 47% compared to lamp-based solutions. The projector is a compact product manufactured with fewer materials to minimise the logistical environmental impact. When developing innovative products, such as the UHZ35ST short-throw laser projector, Optoma takes sustainability into account at every stage of the product's life cycle. This starts with the design, through production and logistics, to packaging made from non-toxic and recycled materials.
