The Optoma 4K400x is a bright lamp projector with
True 4K UHD resolution and a future-proof purchase for any classroom or conference room. The 4K400x combines the high brightness of 40000 Ansi lumens and vivid colours for lifelike images and projects the finest details in any environment, even in uneven ambient light. A feature-rich projector and HDR and HLG compatible, the DLP projector offers high quality projected colours and long lamp life for a lower total cost of ownership. The Optoma 4K400x projector has two HDMI ports, audio connections, USB for powering 5V devices, a 12V trigger and an RS232 interface for integration into your existing control solution. Connect your laptop, PC and player using the dual HDMI inputs with just one cable. You can even turn the device into a smart projector by connecting an HDMI dongle such as Google Chromecast™, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV™ or Roku® stick. In addition, you can enjoy 1080p in 240 Hz with 4.2 ms input delay when the 4K400x is connected to a PC. The 10-watt speaker built into the projector delivers great sound.
True 4K UHD resolution
The 4K400x delivers sharper, more lifelike images and richer colours with Ultra HD 4K resolution - so you can sit closer to the screen and enjoy a more immersive experience. The Optoma DLP projectors are CTA (Consumer Technology Association) approved and offer True 4K UHD resolution that can project 8.3 million pixels onto the screen. That's four times more detail than Full HD and twice as much as competing technologies that only deliver 4.1 million pixels.
HDR and HLG compatible
The Optoma projector supports both HDR10 and Hybrid Log Gamma (HLG) HDR content. With the 4K400x you can see much more details and textures. The objects displayed look more solid and lifelike and the extra detail creates a greater sense of depth.

Dual HDMI inputs
Play games, stream videos and share photos on the big screen in the comfort of your own home. Thanks to the 4K400x's dual HDMI inputs, you can easily connect your games console, set-top box, laptop, PC, Blu-ray player or media streamer with a single cable. By connecting an HDMI dongle such as Optoma UHDCast Pro, Google Chromecast™, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV™ or Roku® stick, you can even turn the device into a smart projector.
Amazing Colour and Colour Management System (CMS)
The 4K400x delivers reliable colour performance for any content and any environment. From accurate sRGB colours to razor-sharp presentations, Optoma projectors have the display mode to suit your needs. Show true-to-life colours with the Colour Management System feature. It offers the possibility to precisely adjust the colours for optimal precision.
ISF Modes
This feature allows you to save the day and night modes calibrated by an ISF technician.
USB Power
Use USB power to power an HDMI dongle, such as Google Chromecast.
Horizontal keystone correction and four corner adjustment
Whether horizontal, vertical keystone correction or four corner adjustment for even images - this projector can do both. It is therefore also suitable for unusual placements with uneven walls or similar.
Illuminated remote control
The backlit remote controls of the Optoma projectors are equipped with discreet white LEDs so that the buttons are clearly visible and operable even in the dark.
