With the Nureva HDL200-W audio conferencing system you provide full audio room coverage in every meeting. Nureva Mist Technology Standard Beamforming Technology

We have already mentioned the Nureva Mist technology and at this point we would like to introduce it to you again. The patented technology fills every room with thousands of virtual microphones so that everyone can be heard perfectly anywhere in a room of up to 5.5 x 5.5m. A virtual microphone is an individual 'pick-up point' created when two or more physical microphones work together to focus their sound pick-up on a specific area. Mist technology listens to each virtual microphone simultaneously and optimises each microphone for a natural listening experience. Mist technology therefore provides true and complete coverage of the entire room, whereas a conventional beamforming system can leave dead zones where people cannot be heard. This means that no matter how far away you sit in a room from the Nureva HDL200-W, you will always have one of the virtual microphones in your immediate vicinity. While with other systems it is often the case that the other person in the video conference can immediately hear that you are sitting far away, this is not the case with the Mist technology. Your counterpart cannot see how far away you are from the microphones, but always has the feeling that you are sitting directly in front of the microphones. With the active zone control, you can easily adjust the recording zone yourself, so you don't have to move or realign the microphones. Well-designed technology can be that simple.

We would like to explicitly emphasise the simplicity of this system during assembly. It takes just about 30 minutes to install the Nureva HDL200-B audio conferencing system on a wall. The Nureva HDL200-B Sound Bar should be mounted at least 23 cm from the ceiling and at least 76 cm from the floor. The distance to side walls should be at least 48 cm. This way, the Nureva HDL200-B system will produce its full effect. A wall bracket for the soundbar is included in the delivery. A separate Connect Box - as with the Nureva HDL300 - is not necessary. A USB type B and the power connection are integrated directly into the soundbar. For the installation itself, you need a ladder, a drill, a spirit level, screws and dowels (not included). If you don't want to mount the soundbar on your wall, but prefer to attach it directly to the display, there's the DM-HDL200 screen bracket is a suitable option. Once mounted, all you need to do is connect the Nureva HDL200-B to a computer or, for example, to a Barco ClickShare CX system (via USB cable in each case) and set the HDL200-B as the default audio device, and you're ready to go. The Nureva system then captures and measures the room automatically and adapts to changing room conditions in a fully automated way, even in the event of future changes. If you don't like the automatic calibration, you can always fine-tune the microphones manually using the supplied remote control.

If you want to use the HDL200-W from Nureva in a video conference setup, this can of course be done at any time. What is needed for this?

Classic setup:

1. The Nureva HDL200-W audio conferencing system provides sound and perfect speech capture
2. A video conferencing camera of your choice
3. A PC or MAC with USB connection
4. Video conferencing software on the PC such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco Webex, Blue Jeans, GoToMeeting, Lifesize, etc.

Wireless setup for Bring Your Own Device:

1. The Nureva HDL200-W audio conferencing system provides sound and perfect voice capture
2. A video conferencing camera of your choice - a recommendation would be e.g. the Huddly IQ camera + Nureva Camera Mount HDL200 - so the camera stays magnetically on the soundbar
3. Barco ClickShare CX system (we recommend the CX-30 or CX-50). The Nureva HDL200-W is Certified for ClickShare Conference and is therefore fully supported.
4. Video conferencing software on the PC such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco Webex, Blue Jeans, GoToMeeting, Lifesize, etc.

Initial setup of the Nureva HDL200-W and Barco ClickShare CX system:

1. Connect power cable to the Nureva HDL200-W
2. Connect laptop via the supplied USB-A to USB-B cable
3. Download and run the Nureva Console Software
4. Run setup of HDL200-W according to instructions - Check firmware and install if necessary
5. Perform quick calibration
6. Exit the Nureva Console software and remove the laptop
7. Take the USB cable for the HDL200-W and plug it into the USB-B port of the HDL200-W audio conferencing system
8. You will now need a USB-C adapter (not included)
9. You will need the USB-C adapter to connect the other end of the USB cable (Type-A) to the ClickShare CX-50
10. Connect the video conferencing camera to the Barco ClickShare CX system via USB cable
11. Connect the display via HDMI to the Barco ClickShare CX system
12. Plug the ClickShare button into the notebook and connect with one click
