The NEC ME383W projector is a lamp-based projector. The lamp offers the advantage that it can be easily replaced by any user in the event of a defect due to its modular design. Above all, a projector with a lamp guarantees lower purchase costs compared to laser projectors. The lamp life of the ME383W is 10,000 hours (20,000 hours in eco mode).

Projection ratio, keystone correction

A large zoom range and horizontal and vertical keystone correction complete the performance spectrum. The ME383W projector offers you both vertical (+/-30°) and horizontal (+/-30°) manual keystone correction. With a projection ratio of 1.2 - 2:1, you can install the NEC ME383W at a minimum distance of 0.94 to a maximum of 11.59 metres from the screen.

Network management

The NEC ME383W projector also offers the option of connecting to NaViSet Administrator 2. The classic connection to the company network is made via a standard LAN cable. With the embedded NEC MultiPresenter function, wireless presentations and screen sharing are possible for up to 16 devices simultaneously, without any configuration effort. You can connect additional speakers or a microphone to the projector via the audio input and output (3.5 mm). The ME383W can also be integrated into existing room control solutions at any time via the RS232 port. You can also purchase the NEC NP05LM2 wireless LAN USB stick at any time, which allows you to integrate the projector wirelessly into your network. The WLAN dongle also enables wireless image transmission and virtual remote control.
