The Surface Hub 3 Business Bundle adds Microsoft Teams Rooms to Surface Hub 2S - including the latest Team Room layouts and management features - while providing a performance upgrade with more power, improved graphics and expanded memory. On the 50-inch Surface Hub 2S, you'll also benefit from professional-grade portrait mode capabilities. Intelligent rotation on the 50-inch Surface Hub 2S ensures the device is always perfectly aligned with the circumstances of your meeting or teamwork.
Upgrade your Microsoft Surface Hub 2S
You already have a Hub 2S in the meeting room, the new features of the Surface Hub 3 excite you and you want to upgrade the Surface Hub 2S to Hub 3? No problem! There will be an upgrade option for existing Hub 2S devices, which is really great news. This way, an existing Surface Hub 2S device can easily be upgraded to a Hub 3. For this, Microsoft will provide a so-called Computer Catridge (called Surface Hub 3 Business package by Microsoft) from December 2023. The Hub 3 Business Package VXN-00004 is simply exchanged for the existing catridge in the Hub 2S. The replacement does not require any expertise and can easily be done by non-professionals themselves. Simply disconnect all cables and loosen the locking screw. Pull out the old catridge and plug in the new one. Now just tighten the locking screw again, plug the cables back in and restart the Surface Hub 2S.
