The Kandao Meeting Ultra is a unique all-in-one video conferencing system with two 15.6-inch full HD touchscreens, microphones, speakers, cameras and an Android operating system. With the two built-in fisheye lenses, conference rooms can be captured in a 360-degree panoramic view. The Kandao Meeting Ultra outputs videos in 4K HDR quality, making the blurred image quality caused by myopia a thing of the past. The touchscreens are equipped with 10-touch points and capacitive touch technology. The integrated powerful AI recognition algorithm 4.0 offers you a variety of conference modes and the suppression of disturbing ambient noise. In combination with the integrated Android system, you get a perfect solution for hybrid collaboration: download your favourite video conferencing software directly onto the device. By placing two screens under the camera, true face-to-face collaboration is possible as you can see the meeting right in front of you while pointing your face at the remote control.
15.6 inch touchscreens with 10 touch points
The Kandao Meeting Ultra all-in-one solution comes with two 15.6-inch Full HD touchscreens that provide excellent colour performance and wide viewing angles of 178°. Users can see remote participants clearly as both screens can be tilted within 48 degrees. As mentioned above, the Kandao Meeting Ultra outputs HDR video at 4K 30FPS to remove overexposed images even when conferencing near windows. A 10-point capacitive touch technology was installed in both touch displays: This touch technology is characterised by the fact that it has a smooth surface without a noticeable edge (writing feel is very fluid) as well as a multi-touch function. This technology works with an electrical voltage field. There is a film on the glass plate of the display on which an electric field is generated across all four corners by means of an ITO layer (indium tin oxide). This field is uniformly strong over the entire surface. If one or more fingers touch the display within the field, the electrical voltage changes. Sensors recognise the exact location and process the points of contact as touch points. Another advantage is that capacitive touch displays are insensitive to dirt and dust. In combination with an integrated Android system, which allows users to download video conferencing software directly onto the device, the result is a perfect solution for hybrid collaboration.
360° field of view, built-in speakers and microphones
The Kandao Meeting Ultra system features two fisheye lenses that capture conference rooms in a 360-degree panoramic view. This means participants don't have to squeeze in front of a single webcam. With the AI motion detection algorithm with extremely low latency and ultimate 15-degree detection: the speaker is precisely localised, intelligently tracked and automatically framed. The speaker does not have to sit firmly in front of the camera, but can move freely, e.g. during a presentation. The active speaker is always highlighted and placed in the centre of attention for remote participants. Kandao Meeting Ultra therefore enables all participants to take part in the meeting equally. With the brand new AI algorithm for noise cancellation, your voice is transmitted well even in noisy environments. Without compromising the clarity and quality of voices, it suppresses distracting noises such as keyboard taps, car horns, doors opening and closing, moving chairs, pen clicks and sounds from other devices, creating a focussed meeting environment. The Kando Meeting Ultra also features a full-duplex audio system with eight omnidirectional microphones and a 10-watt hi-fi speaker. This ensures voice pick-up within a radius of 5.5 metres and good sound quality for precise messaging during remote meetings.
Setup options: USB mode or standalone mode
The Kandao Meeting Ultra all-in-one video conferencing system can be connected to a computer as a USB device or used as a standalone video conferencing system with Android operating system. Connect to any 5G hotspot to hold a meeting - anywhere, anytime, any way you want. It can also be set up to switch on automatically after charging to greatly improve efficiency before conferences. The Kandao Meeting Ultra supports a wide range of conferencing systems: BlueJeans, Cisco Webex, DingTalk, Google Meet, GotoMeeting, Polycom, Skype, Slack, StarLeaf, Teams, Tencent Meeting, Zoom.
Utilise the variety of connections
Connect your computer to the Kandao Meeting Ultra via the HDMI 2.0 input to share your computer screen. Power is supplied via the USB-C port. You can use the existing USB-A port to connect a mouse or keyboard. The Kandao Meeting Ultra supports HDMI outputs for two external screens so that everyone in a large room can see clearly. The screens on the device and the external screens can be displayed differently to share screens during meeting management. You can connect the Kandao Meeting Ultra wired via RJ45 connection or use the existing WiFi connection. In addition, this solution also offers a Bluetooth connection and a microSD port (up to 1TB).
Screen mirroring in one step
The option of wireless screen mirroring is of course also particularly useful - avoid tangled cables. The Kandao Meeting Ultra supports Airplay and Miracast: Users can therefore share screens from iOS devices, macOS devices, Android devices and Windows system devices.
Use intelligent conference modes for your purposes
Kandao Meeting Ultra has three discussion modes for framing multiple participants, focussing on the main speaker and displaying all participants. Panorama at the top is optional to show all participants. Under Gallery view and Speaker view, the view can be automatically adjusted to the recognised number of participants.
- Speaker mode: This mode consists of 7 boxes with a panorama above them. 6 of the boxes show each participant individually, the person speaking is highlighted in a larger box on the left-hand side.
- Gallery mode: Here the AI algorithm selects up to 8 speakers and then rearranges them so that they are displayed equally (same size of box). The panorama in the upper area is optional.
- Global mode: Two 180 FOV fields of view are recorded by both 195° lenses, showing all participants and minimising distortions at the same time.
However, you can also adjust the view manually: To do this, simply select the desired speaker by manually panning the split main screen and enlarging the box after locking the view.
