JOAN License ROOMS ENTERPRISE - room booking - cloud-based - subscription for 1 year per device

In order to use your Joan Display for room booking, you first need a corresponding licence. With the Joan Rooms Enterprise annual licence, in addition to the primary functions of the Rooms Essentials licence for booking and managing your meeting or training rooms and the additional functions of the Rooms Professional licence (e.g. Magic Check-in, integration of various messaging apps, analysis options, custom buttons or logos and location settings), you get a multitude of additional functions that are absolutely sensible and useful for optimally functioning office management. With the Joan Rooms Enterprise licence you also have unlimited analytics, Active Directory integration/SCIM (Azure AD, Okta, OneLogin) and Support Agent. Also for the Rooms Enterprise licence, according to the manufacturer, the features Adit logs and user roles and rights assignment will be available soon.

Once you have configured the Joan Rooms Enterprise licence on your Joan Display, you can, among other things, book the desired room directly on site, reserve it for a later date, check the availability of the room, customise the logo and buttons on the Joan Display to your liking or integrate your favourite messaging app. Avoid future meeting interruptions, double bookings and underutilised rooms. Book your favourite meeting room and move your projects forward without unnecessary interruptions.

Joan's features depend not only on the size of the unit, but also on which licence model you choose. With the Joan Rooms Essentials licence, you get the most important features of Joan and thus the basics for planning and finding a room. To enhance your office experience, of course, the Joan Rooms Professional licence is more recommended, providing a pleasant office environment where productive people can meet and work better. For a completely holistic approach to office management, the Joan Rooms Enterprise licence is the ideal total package.

Another optional solution is the Joan Desk Booking App licence. This Workplace Management System helps you to adapt your workplaces to new requirements in the most efficient way, thus enabling flexible working. With the Joan Desk Booking App you can book, manage and monitor individual workstations in your company. Display company information, wayfinding details, seating arrangements and other customised content on Joan devices. For each Joan display you need a Desk Booking App licence which is licensed as a subscription for one year and is available as a single licence or for 250, 500 and 1000 devices.
