JOAN Licence ROOMS ESSENTIALS - Room booking - Cloud-based - Subscription for 1 year per device

In order to be able to use your Joan Display for room booking, you first need a corresponding licence. With the Joan Rooms Essentials annual licence, you get a licence that already contains the most essential functions for booking and managing your meeting or training rooms. Rooms Essentials has, in addition to the basic functions (real-time booking for Joan6 and Joan6Pro, mobile app etc.), advanced functions (room configuration, language selection etc.), global settings and single sign-on administration including API access. The Joan Rooms Essential licence is provided exclusively as cloud-based hosting.

Once you have configured the Joan Rooms Essentials licence on your Joan display you can, for example, book the room you want in real time (Joan 6 and Joan 6Pro), view meeting information and check room availability. Avoid future meeting interruptions, double bookings and underutilised rooms. Book your favourite meeting room and move your projects forward without unnecessary interruptions.

Another optional solution is the Joan Desk Booking App licence. This Workplace Management System helps you to adapt your workplaces to new requirements in the most efficient way, thus enabling flexible working. With the Joan Desk Booking App you can book, manage and monitor individual workstations in your company. Display company information, wayfinding details, seating arrangements and other customised content on Joan devices. For each Joan display you need a Desk Booking App licence which is licensed as a subscription for one year and is available as a single licence or for 250, 500 and 1000 devices.
